My mum was transferred to a care home yesterday and they have banned visitors. We don’t know how long she has left to live, but it could only be days.

You must go to see her if that’s the case, I’m presuming she won’t be mixing in the communal areas so there is little risk of anything spreading to other residents. I’d talk to the manager and make sure the home are aware she is not likely to last. Good luck.

Prem will probably play on for two more games allowing Liverpool to win the league before packing up. 

PL & The FA are a frigging farce at the moment.

So there’s a direct liaison officerfor every club, yesterday we had a zoom meeting our particular one says carry on as normal no problems unless something drastic changes.

I asked what’s something drastic? A player catching it? An increase in numbers? What exactly?

Just a direct shift. Still none the wiser. She tells me wel We have plenty of time between now and 3pm on Saturday.

Take her out

I can’t see any other option than the football season gets cancelled and it starts again in August from scratch. If you play two more games for Liverpool to win, what about all the other stuff (CL qualifying, relegation), can’t have a season where the title is sorted but everything else starts from scratch. 

We are 3-4 weeks away from the start of peak phase, then it’s 12-13 weeks lock down. Be lucky if the start of next season isn’t impacted 

If there can be one positive out of this entire shitshow, surely Liverpool somehow losing out on a trophy has to be it?
