Harry Kewell is on our train back but can't be arsed talking to him

Ask him if it’s true that his career was shortened because of gout

I don't think Hill would've played Bridcutt at centre-back if he had confidence in the alternatives. And Lowe is just the best full-back at the club. Also, I can understand why Parky left ALF on the bench.

Rowett has a track record but failed in the job he had before his current one. As did his successor, who'd done well elsewhere. That's the point. Sometimes clubs are just bad for managers.

It's just like business. A board can hire one of the best CEOs around, but if they aren't given the proper resources to do their job, or there are unrealistic expectations placed on them, their influence isn't as effective.

Surely not, he’s not even a fullback.

Bunney might be better for all I know, but I'd trust Lowe defensively over Emmanuel and Fleming as things stand.

One thing McCarthy did say was that, apart from being certain that he had the job, that whoever did get that job at the time that they should've been able to get us back up in a season or two with the squad we had

If Bunney is, then he's hid it pretty well whenever he's pulled a white shirt on, the sly dog.

I could just about accept performances like yesterday if we were playing majority of next seasons team.

Really really poor. We don’t ever look like we are going to score again.

I genuinely put our 2 clean sheets down to Wimbledon and Accrington.

i am unsure how far we can kick on with the Dodoo coming back to full back and booting it up to nobody tactic. It really doesn’t bode well.

Half time cig behind the stand

And to think we're getting relegated from this league

grey visited a gay bar after I went home

Is this the first time he’s frequented such places? Or is this a regular jaunt after visits to the theatre of dreams?

From Mr Grey's match report onwards, this thread has got me really chuckling. Fantastic.

Only had one beer on the train home with being in work this morning. Turns out the V1 is a lot less fun when you're sobering up rather than continuing the boozing.

Cracking day out. A few scoops in The Bishop and thenThe Ram in Kingston. Was there a match on? Largely forgettable.

Bottle of Beaujolais for the way home. Gay bar with Mr Grey for the pre bus pint. Mr Grey very taken by the DJ.

Fell asleep on the bus but woke just in time to get the wife to pick me up.

cracking day out. Fleetwood left and that’s me for the season

Took me about 30 mins walk to down regent road, fuck knows why I got out on Chorley new.

Banging on the front door for the Mrs to let me in, not only had I put my own keys in, it was open.
Stood in the dogs water bowl. Woke up the sprog.
Snored so loud our Maude went and slept in the spare room 😁

Yep, did my bit for the community too.

Gave a lift in the taxi from Buckshaw to some homeless dude.

I directed him to the best door entrances in Preston.

He was absolutly fine and a credit to you when i was speaking to him in New Malden. ( Bar Malden)

Now the  older gentlemen that were escourting him , i would definitely question.

At least 1 needs registering with care in the community.
