Big E Posted March 24, 2020 Share Posted March 24, 2020 We did a mini circuit last night: 10 Body weight squats 10 Press Ups 10 Star jumps 1 lap of the atrium 30 seconds plank 20 lunges (10 each leg) 5 rounds. Was good fun. reckon some miserable bastard will complain about it but 3 people living in the same building all 3 meters + apart. We are gonna try and do different ones each day.
