Get Fit Thread 2 - Daily Challenge

We did a mini circuit last night:

10 Body weight squats

10 Press Ups

10 Star jumps

1 lap of the atrium

30 seconds plank

20 lunges (10 each leg)

5 rounds. 

 

Was good fun. reckon some miserable bastard will complain about it but 3 people living in the same building all 3 meters + apart. 

We are gonna try and do different ones each day.

Will do a bike challenge on another day. 
Walking still good. 
Patio doors to garden gate and back is 45 metres. So calculated that at 36 times per mile.

Challenge is tomorrow. Today was about getting folk interested and contributing. 
 

Don’t have to do all the miles in one go. Go for a run. Then walk to shops for “essentials” only. And then supplement with pacing up and down in the garden.

Looking at starting at 5.30 or so, 10 miles and back to start WFH

Just ordered a kick bag for home. Looking forward to a different bit of kit to workout with. Mrs thinks I’m totally addicted to exercise. 
Think there’s an illness linked to this - on a par with anorexia. BBC have done a documentary. Not seen it yet.

Managed 18.5 miles this morning. Sun was shining on the Trans Pennine Trail.

Kinell, Smiley, I'm always a day behind you.

I went for a 5 mile walk yesterday on the stairs day, planning a 22 mile bike ride tomorrow...🙄

Press ups, crunches, dips etc today...
