Creditors suffer ultimately and it will be that case they will put to the efl pleading for the sake of the creditors. All done whilst begbies take 7 figures out the club in admin fees whilst not giving a hoot about the creditors.

Had a look on Chorley council website at the ‘local plan’ (it’s on the Buckshaw inset).... https://chorley.gov.uk/Documents/Planning/Examination news/Buckshaw Village Inset Map 4.pdf Certainly hasn’t been earmarked for anything in the 2015-2025 plan, I’d assume that you’ve got as much chance of getting planning for it now as you had then, so the price should be similar I imagine It’s a decent size plot, but then again we sold it for a decent whack didn’t we? Wouldn’t be worth much more even with provisional planning permission for houses Didn't Wigan / Whealan also buy Charnock Richard golf club back then and try to get planning to turn it into a training ground? Think they got refused so bought ours instead. Assume Whealen kept the golf club as it’s reopened as a restaurant
