Seems this is getting to be a proper shit show, according to Nixon, there's been bidders come and gone, and still nothing definite, lovely seeing then squirm to him on twitter, long may it continue.

Suspected this would happen, think it’s more likely they’re gonna go pop.

WIgan latest

The joint administrators of Wigan Athletic Football Club have announced that, regrettably, negotiations with the preferred bidder for the club broke down late last night

The joint administrators are now in discussions with the next preferred of the five parties that made a bid to buy the club, with a view to progressing a sale over the course of this weekend

If you were second in line you’d just say fuck off. Goose is cooked methinks.

Difference between first and second may be huge. Second will now say hang on a minute. That was then now we are thinking this. And so it goes on.
Tick tock you cunts

There's 7500 ring pieces in Wigan all of a quiver right now.

How far down the line is Lawrence. 😂

Fair to say they're all shitting it on twitter, rewind 12 months, and their m0ngs outside the UniBol, it's Karma I tell thee.

Gives me a lovely warm feeling inside. Every step of their demise will be welcomed greatly in to my house and should be mirrored in every BWFC fans homes

had a little bit of empathy for the shakers but it was still amusing even though we were bang in the shit. This is 100% joyous

Funny thing is the only retort you get from them is “you’re in league two”.

they really are stupid and believe this is going to end well for them. It’s really really really not. This could be the end of them.

I'm enjoying this immensely. When we were going through our turmoils a Wigan fan at work was asking me all sorts of question. But beyond his "concern" I could read his eyes and he was secretly enjoying what looked like our inevitable demise. Anyway, he was feeling really positive yesterday when the prefererd bidder talks were happening. I told him, through our experience, not to count his chickens.  But he wasn't having anything of it. I'm hoping they get erased off the football map. But I know deep down they will probably pull something out of the hat. I will be happy if they go through just half of what we went through. Cuntz!

The top hat on this shit show is if they appoint onions, after Cook fucks off

Delusions of grandeur that mob for no reason whatsoever

I’m under no illusions that we were saved due to the ‘assets’ the club has. Granted theirs aren’t too bad (majority ownership of the ground etc) but that’s where the similarities end

far bigger and more stable support base for us, we were already under a huge cost cutting exercise under KA. They’re nowhere near doing that. The ask of any prospective new owners over there is bankrolling or asset stripping straight away. In the 3rd division. With poor crowds etc. We’d hit rock bottom and the only way was up. They’ve some way to go to get there yet and no one will want to steer them through that

as attractive as Bury when you break it down really

Whilst he was trying to maximise the income. Closing fanzone, charges for tickets, spam email to name a few. The greasy cunt. Or is that his son🤷‍♂️

Its being suggested the player referred to in this para from a  Barnsley statement is kiefer Moore

Gets better

. Another competitor has yet to pay a transfer fee to Barnsley Football Club that was due in August of 2019.

Could be a killer that as they’ve agreed to sell Moore to pay the wages this month. Given they haven’t paid Barnsley then whatever fee is due surely will need to be contra settled. Someone ain’t getting paid this month.

how much did they pay for him anyone know?

Yeh but the fact I’m making is our ridiculously oversized wage bill was being cut so to a prospective buyer the work is already underway. Wigan haven’t got that luxury

A massive part of our salvation was Michael James, I doubt they have anyone of that ilk unless wonky leg throws his pension pot at it.
