Cunts the lot of them. Premier league can fuck off Knee bending, virtue signalling shower of shit.

He's still a rat-faced cunt.

Why should the taxpayer subsidise football when there is more than enough money in the game to do it itself? The PL earns more than the next four biggest European leagues combined. Oliver Dowden inter

This bit made me laugh:

Special status for nine longest-serving Premier League clubs (big six, plus Everton, West Ham and Southampton)

More proof football only started in 92

Which means thebig 6 will out vote the other 3 every time making it pointless including the other 3

a) They play too many games so need to reduce by making PL 18 teams and scraping EFL Cup

b) They want B teams in the lower leagues as they’ve got shit loads of talent on the books that need proper game time

Still trying to square off that circle in my head

wankers to a man...

but were not getting there anytime soon, so not really arsed what they do.

There will be no competition to speak of when do get there no more leicester winning against all odds.

They will have absolute power and may well be able to vote us out of the premier league or not grant us promotion. Since they can change the rules to what ever they want.

They obviously feel they have the rest of the prem & the EFL over a barrel

Big carrot dangled in front of Rick Parry & he has gone for it without an ounce of embarrassment.

What a shitshow.

Aye. Not entirely a philanthropic offer from them is it.

Strange though how the Premier League came to be, and now it perhaps isn't suiting anymore they're looking to force stuff through.

Must admit, can't quite see it, but its distasteful nonetheless.

It won’t at all. Both owned by yanks both want to fuck off competitions that don’t financially benefit them and use that time for money spinning friendlies. It’s doesn’t bridge the gap between the PL and league that’s bollocks.
File this under Game 39 and Gartsides two PL’s

Thinking about it, whilst plenty of Vietnamese shirtalongs might pay to watch European super league games on Sky, I can't help think that fewer people over here (and indeed in Europe) would, so maybe wouldn't be so attractive for them.

I don't think there would be a shortage of people wanting to watch it

Who are the "big 6" ?

Surely must include Leicester, I mean, they managed to win the Premier league before Liverpool managed it 🤔 .

On second thoughts, that might qualify Rovers too .

It's definitely not Everton, they spent fuck all last summer
