Walsall

They’ve just won at the form team, we’ve just been walloped by the out of form team.

Harsh that, he’s Come in for Tutte and he’s completely different player, like to see Thomason in with Tutte behind him.

  • Hopefully Crawford goes with them. I really can't take any more of him. Absolute waste of a shirt. Manages to make himself busy but contributes fuck all. He's like the waster in the office w

Been thinking about the Tutte replacement, do you think we should possibly start one of the fringe centre backs in that holding midfielder role? Naturally wouldn't be tempted to drift forward (hopefully) and gets game time in case on of the first choice CB goes down?

I’d still be tempted with White or Conley whoever has trained better. It has highlighted a massive gap in our squad though. We need a Karl Henry type player in there, Tutte isn’t going to fit for all of the season so certainly need better options than White and Comley

Stoke at home ?

Aye, that’ll be it. I was in New York running the marathon (or walking most of it) so missed it. Typical

Another team who don’t seem to score many and who’s form is up and down, hope we go full throttle and with an attacking formation, we could easily out score them, I’m going 1-3 or 2-4.

I doubt he would be looking to tell the opposition

Dear me, I'm sure he's capable of giving some of his thoughts. He did tell every opposition manager at the beginning of the season what his plans were after all.

2-1 victory. Nervous as fuck clinging on for dear life after numerous spurned chances to score ourselves.

Walsall 3

BWFC 2

0-2 Doyle brace

1-3

Delaney, Sarce, Doyle pen

2-2 Nailed on

3-3

0-2 Doyle + Delf

1-2 Doyle & Sarc

I wonder if two traditional midfielders would help, sat in front of back three, then if wing back has disappeared up the pitch the centre half can push out into the full back areas confident a centre midfielder will drop in behind??

So a 3 4 1 2 formation.

Never won a league match at Walsall, even the season we won 8-1 we lost the return match 1-0 a couple of month later.

4 goals

Not a clue how theyll be shared

Just checked the fixed odds and Walsall are favourites, not sure what they base that on.

There lies the solution to Evatts problem

Or one of the midfielders drops back to the attacking wing backs position and makes a flat back 4

Our current m form is 5 wins from 6, they’ve 1 in 5, admitted PV lost 5 from 5 until last week, but think that was a false result.

Will be interesting to see what team IE puts out for this. Surely most of the problems are at the back so I expect changes there. It might be worth leaving Santos out and trying Taft and Delaney in a back four with Jones at RB and either giving Gordon a chance as a proper LB, or trying Greenidge there. Put Isgrove on the right wing and Fonz on the left and the shape might just look better all round. Ronan, Sarcevic and Kioso in central roles supporting Doyle to attack through the middle, something we’ve been really poor at.

You reckon there's any chance of him leaving out Santos? Then fannying the whole team around to possibly get Greenidge in? You need to stay away from the class A's mate 😂
