Indeed, which is why he may well stop at Ukraine, although others do seem to think he'll then move onto NATO members - I just don't see that he'd go up against NATO. Anybody who isn't part of NATO, then tough shit, he may well go for them

Not a chance in hell he kicks things off with Nato. And if he goes in to a non-nato we will probably just give them a load weapons too.

I don't get this idea that Trump will make a deal then just let Russia take over Europe.

That's probably the only way it gets sorted. Other than him threatening Russia he will double funding or have US boots on the ground if he moves another muscle.

If Putin then decides to crack in to another country then it starts all over again.

I just can't see Trump pulling funding and just letting Putin take the rest of Ukraine then steam into elsewhere.

Trump is right in that why is the US that has to put up the most funding and weapons whilst the rest of Nato and those most in dangers trail behind?
