Trump is right in that why is the US that has to put up the most funding and weapons whilst the rest of Nato and those most in dangers trail behind?

Putin has been at war with NATO for more than ten years but we failed to notice. He has already killed several civilians on UK streets and is in alliance with Iran, North Korea and others. He is not going to be afraid of attacking a NATO country in the old Soviet bloc. Who will stop him if Trump decides that appeasement is better for the US?

I think most people know, if NATO stays in its current form, then Russia won't have a direct conflict. If Russia want to pick off ex-Soviet Bloc nations, who aren't in NATO, then crack on, it's not really any of our business. 

I'm still not sure, why anybody thinks Russia are actually going to start rolling tanks all over Europe in the near future, even if they are allowed to keep the bits of Ukraine that they've taken.

It has taken about 2 and a half years to get partially across Ukraine, the idea they have the ability to driving up Bond Street in next few weeks is crazy.

I saw that, far less people interested in voting this time, which I guess shows the quality of the candidates (or possibly just the increasing abject apathy that people have with regards to politics these days)

Last time I checked they dont have compulsory voting. Plenty saw their choice as being between a douche and a turd.
