The ICC has become somewhat spoiled by the use of proxies, by big nations, for their own ends. Big nations not being signatories to it.

Increasingly meaningless as Brics nations in particular, use influence. A political vehicle as much as a legal one.

As much as I don't think much of the UN, it at least allows all to have their say, and keeps them in the same room, talking.
