Is it kicking off big time or is this just everyday stuff they deal with or a bit of both?

The Yanks have started pulling non essential embassy staff out of Iraq on intelligence that it’s about to kick off between Israel and Iran. Plenty more prime real estate going to be flattened.

As per usual, fair and intuitive.

Unlike the one you were responding to.

Would you describe yourself as fair & intuitive ? 😄

Sooner or later, Iran has to be confronted. An alliance of the US, Saudi Arabia and Israel would probably sort it in a fortneet but is does beg the question what would the likes of Russia and China do?

Looks like they've just done a block of flats in.

Taken out a top commander by the nam of Salami- he was sliced and diced apparently.

Mossad and the IDF really are at the top of their game most of the time. The pager affair was a fucking cracker and taking out leaders of nefarious nasties seems to be an area of specific expertise.

Poke a bear and see what comes.

Ah yes

he gave Iran 60 days to make a deal and they were so scared of him that they completely forgot

Maybe they shouldn't have forgotten then eh?

Maybe his warning wasn't empty, and now they're regretting it.

Maybe if he'd not torn up the deal that was already in place last time he was in the White House, the whole region would be a lot more stable and we wouldn't have two major powers on the edge of an all out war that could very easily escalate?

Maybe. It was a mistake for me, and said so at the time.

But then again, there were suggestions that the Iranians weren't adhering to it anyway.

If they were, it shouldn't have mattered if America pulled out- everyone else was still in and the US wouldn't have been in any position to call the shots.

Instead Iran themselves stopped allowing inspections.

Having listened to an in depth report earlier, it seems the Israelis (and no doubt other western nations) have been monitoring Iran for 3 decades or more, and they have consistently striven towards nuclear armament.

Dunno about you, but I could never believe their continued line that they were only looking to build nuclear power facilities.

Attacking them could also help reduce the supply of shahed drones to Russia. An additional benefit.

I think they would have been kept in check with the right deal.

Trump fucked up with North Korea as well. And now the world is a much more dangerous place.

I imagine he's sanctioning everything Israel are doing at the moment.

For every conflict or world issue he has decided to wade into he has improved absolutely none of them either this term or last. If anyone has evidence otherwise I am happy to hear it.

He thinks he's an ace businessman, he isn't.

He thinks he's an ace politician, he isn't.

He thinks he's a peace broker, he isn't.

What is Trump going to demand back from Israel for repayment of all this war debt?
