A strike after bidens been will be perceived as biden having approved it and i suspect they know biden will tell em atrocities like this evenings will only escalate things

 Is it right to kill hundreds of innocents to take out a dozen militants? Regardless of how backwards Hamas are. Will that work and will it make Israel‘s citizens safer now and future generations?

No it’s not right and no one has suggested it is. But unfortunately it happens. I highly doubt it’s being done on purpose.

Whilst it is more likely to be an Israeli attack, that is still not certain and there are conflicting reports coming out. Like that explosion on fleeing civilians yesterday (or day before) it isn't clear.

Either way, the loss of life and of children especially is horrific.

For what it's worth, an IDF Spokesman has claimed their investigations indicate it was a rocket fired by the PIJ

If it's proven to be the fault of the IDF, I can't see how Biden could go through with his visit
