No, tell me peasant

IDLES last night, good but wasn’t as good as when they did the Academy the other year. Might have been the venue, that Victoria Warehouse place is ok if you want a piss or want to get served but not convinced otherwise. Also, £6.55 a pint the robbing cunts.

John Bramwell is playing at The Snug in Atherton next month.

He was good in 'Bread'.

Fantastic! Can't remeber how many times I've seen him, followed I Am Kloot everywhere years ago.

Same here and now he'll be a 30 second walk from my front door. Sound is really good at the snug too, should be a top night.

Me too.  Even went out on the piss with him after seeing him in Cologne. Great bloke.  I've never heard of the snug.  Tickets still available?

Yeah on ticketweb. It's a coffee shop by day and bar/gig venue at night.

Gutted that he’s playing local to me at great venue on the weekend we’re at MK Dons.

Been looking at this gig for a while - it got cancelled a while ago. Anyway, tickets have been put up for sale on a 2 for 1 basis now. Which is a steal. I’ve been to this venue before. Very intimate setting. Tabled seating. Lamps, waiter service, banter between audience and the artist.

Any CAST fans out there? 🎵
Frontman John Power comes to Altrincham this March for a very special show at The Bowdon Rooms. We have a two for one (2 for 1) code exclusively for us here at The Green Room. Use code:
GREEN241 at the checkout and get just that.
🔥Half price tickets or two for the price of one depending how you look at it! Either way it’s an epic deal. 🤝
Thursday 10/3/22 at The Bowdon Rooms.

It is. Don’t know whether to take the wife or the other half*

*which I don’t have, for the record!

The Stranglers tonight at the Apollo. Quite possibly the last time they will ever grace Manchester. Totally sold out

Who’s in? And who needs a ticket?

Were they on form tonight @Smiley ?

Their last full tour this isn't it?  Still going to do one off gigs though .

Bought a gig ticket but wanted a better seat. Spoke to the supplier but because it’s sold out said the only thing I can do is use the Twickets

Put my ticket in can’t sell it for more than face value , put what ticket I want. Got a notification saying one is available. So I bought that, then got a notification that mine has an offer so sold it.

Fuck you Touts!

No idea. Presume so. Shame as the new keyboard player was immense.

Still got the rearranged Warrington gig to play. I’m tempted!

Rather listen to the albums than seeing this anymore

Went watching Henry Normal in Wigan last night, he was great. Really nice bloke too.

Ozrics (the 2 man version) last night, really really really really enjoyed it.

If they ever tour again with a full band I'd happily swap one of my kids for a ticket.

Back up the pole.

Big Thief only a week away...

Then GnR, Pixies, Alan...

Also, keeping an eye out for NIN
