  • And as for this tiresome bollocks about pathways in our last two tournaments, do people not realise theres a reason we got those pathways? We avoided groups of death becasue we won every single game i

  • Fuck me we lose one game without a full strength team against a team of shit houses who shithoused themselves half way through the last tournament and the knives are out. It was just one of them

  • Biggest cheers tonight were for the paper planes hitting the pitch. I’ve also learned that being close to Wembley as the crow flies means fuck all when it comes to the tube!   Anyway, 9th/10

Walker and James both injured

Probably our main 2 RBs

Good pen Toney

Is TAA injured too? Or has he got the hump with southgates staff like Ben White

Injured

Think he'll be going into midfield though

Even Paul Kendrick has found it funny tbf

Some good stuff tonight, but it does get congested in the Belgium area.

A lot of the "wide" play is still close to the edge of the penalty area.

They've got lots of blocks in, but are England just overplaying a touch?

Southgate obviously models his style on Evatt :)

It was pantomime level booing, quite amusing really.

Now as for the c*nt who put a large Rovers flag near the corner flag in crazy corner.....

Enjoyed that

Our defence at times though :D

both full backs not good enough, dunk not good enough.

Englands 1st choice 11 win that game though

It was a bit of fun. He only touched the ball half a dozen times.

And he always has the retort that he has played at our ground twice this season and has had fuck all to do on both occasions.

I reckon most of the crowd were there to see Traf (the keeper, not the poster, although his missus seems to thinks he's a keeper (the poster, not the keeper)) and when he got bumped up to the seniors, his place his filled by someone from Wigan to rub salt into the wound

Bit like no one did with Ramsdale on a similar trajectory?

Im not sure why no one would pick him up. He may well stay but it’s not beyond the realms of possibility for me.

That's a fair point, although I'd say Ramsdale was a lot more established having done well at Bournemouth and Sheff U, but a good comparison.

I just don't see a Prem team coming in for Trafford any time soon, he needs to prove himself at championship level first, but happy to be proved wrong not for the first or last time.

I am a keeper.

Love the retro numbers on the England kit. The number without the name looks so good.

Against their team tonight agreed, but against THEIR Ist choice with De Bruyne, Courtois etc it's hard to tell - although the Belgians are in transition with the likes of Mertens and Witsel being ushered out the door and using games like tonight to try out younger blood.

Absolutely. I nearly wrote about the similarities, and indeed the similarities with city, except that city are a bit special and make it work.

U21s was a good do. Hospitality job with work.

My last 2 live England internationals. 7-0 Macedonia. 7-0 U21 Luxembourg.

Can I take some of this positive luck into Bolton’s last 7 games please 😊
