Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted March 26, 2024 Site Supporter Posted March 26, 2024 Some good stuff tonight, but it does get congested in the Belgium area. A lot of the "wide" play is still close to the edge of the penalty area. They've got lots of blocks in, but are England just overplaying a touch? Quote

He only touched the ball half a dozen times. And he always has the retort that he has played at our ground twice this season and has had fuck all to do on both occasions. I reckon most of the crowd were there to see Traf (the keeper, not the poster, although his missus seems to thinks he's a keeper (the poster, not the keeper)) and when he got bumped up to the seniors, his place his filled by someone from Wigan to rub salt into the wound Edited March 26, 2024 by Gonk Quote

He may well stay but it’s not beyond the realms of possibility for me. That's a fair point, although I'd say Ramsdale was a lot more established having done well at Bournemouth and Sheff U, but a good comparison. I just don't see a Prem team coming in for Trafford any time soon, he needs to prove himself at championship level first, but happy to be proved wrong not for the first or last time.
