No sorry i diverted onto price, just saying as the price is so cheap especially juniors it’s no hardship if they don’t go hence why some crowds don’t look right to the given attendance

Know what you mean there.

I suppose that for us to be in the situation where we are selling out, we'd be high up in the championship at least.

By then, perhaps the ticket prices will be a bit higher.

I rang the ticket office to try to change my seat this afternoon. The young lady there could not have been more helpful. I only wanted to move four seats further along the row, but expected a bit more of a to do.

Many thanks TO and Neil.

Also these half tickets I wonder if folk are thinking CR for away games?

I think they only had an unused ticket buy-back for games where a sell-out was expected. It was never an attractive offer to the season ticket holder though. From memory, I think they bought back at the per game price (ST cost/no of games) but sold them again at full price so the club, as middle-man, made more from the deal than the person whose ticket it was.

Face to face, and over the phone - Nothing but positivity from me. We changed seats last season from NSL to ESU, th'owd chap that dealt with me was a star. Also dealing with LOV when booking tkts, SJM's daughter was brilliant..

It's just that cunt Neil that brings things down.....

And rightly so.

Very good still would like to see how many tickets are actually used but end of the day it’s a sale I guess

Lots of unused kids ST's that were only bought so that dad had a spare CRN 😉

Are they going to do anything with the commentary gantry?

All the new digital screens look good and then there that eyesore right in the middle of the ground. Surely they aren't planning on just leaving it?

Can't say I've ever "noticed" anything about it.

Wsl gives no view.

Sat in the North lower for Christmas concert 22, but can't say I was really looking.

What's up with it?

They have this digital banner doing a loop of the stadium - apart from the commentary gantry that still looks like a building site and it ruins the effect.

I'm sure they must have a plan for it but it looks like an eyesore at the moment!

It does look a bit shit, but I think the only alternative that would allow a complete loop of the banner would be to take a few front row seats out of West Upper and relocate the camera gantry into the actual stand.

Couldn't they just put a hoarding up - or a digital scoreboard with the time on it? I think that would look smart. And the 1 person in the gantry providing commentary would still be able to see?

Or even some perspex?

I might email Neil! 😁

I understand it's a money making thing, but the presence of digital banners for me is pure guff.

Flashing lights for gen Z.

I think they look smart and have really modernised the ground. I also think it will help get concerts in as they can probably be used for visuals.

Can see why some people might disagree mind!

Anyway - I've emailed Neil! 😁

I thought the commentators sat in the proper gantry near the roof? Think I've only ever seen 1 cameraman on the shit gantry in front of West Upper.

They’re definitely an improvement on the first pitch-side LED banners we had. The white was so bright you couldn’t see the ball.

Fair enough.

Just cover them up during matches please. :)

I noticed the other day just how dirty those ones are.

Green algae and slutch on the bottom of them.

They do. The netting thing between the tiers is just for filming rather than commentary. Was a Premier League requirement on the main position being a certain angle if memory serves me right.

Just needs a power-cleaner & some algae/detergent.

I may put in a quote.

Neil will require at the very least 3 quotes 😁

And all at cost or lower.

They don't pay actual money for jobs, you get match tickets / corporate hospitality / hotel nights etc.
