Trust the trains at your peril....

The next bout of strikes rumoured to be at the end of this month.

I'd rather not go.

Some fucker needs to build an airport in Ipswich, been 4 times, last time was the FA cup Pedersen game in a minibus, the journey home scarred me for Life.

I was pleasantly surprised last time I used it. Other passengers were fine, had a read, something to eat, a nap etc and no worries re parking.  That was only to Sheffield though. Further afield could be tough

Don't worry,  they will show a constant loop of Woman's football , international and club. Cheese will be in his element.

No need to worry about the extra allocation.

I don't watch Women's football. I think it's shite. But it's not for me.

Be a last minute decision for me if I’m going. Big night in Manchester on the Friday. Used to love the old days where you could roll out of bed and make the decision there and then. Wander down the road and jump in a tranny van to a game.

The A14 seems longer than the Trans Siberian Highway.

Anyone know if any trains at all have been run by the companies affected by the previous strikes? Like a 1 in 4 type service or something?

On previous strike they ran an infrequent service up to 6pm

Potentially, though there are no LNER trains showing at all for the day, so maybe not

I'm waiting on EMR to publish their amended timetable for strike days but seen as they've still not done one for the July dates it may be a while until the August ones.

These fixtures that were supposed to be easy in and out jobs suddenly starting to look a right ballache and won't be the last by look of it
