  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

  • Anyone who thinks Starmer covered up for grooming gangs because he in some way thinks it’s ok, is off their fucking box. Hes a dull as shit, methodical legal cunt. Unfortunately, to get justice p

He had to be released because he'd served his sentence, but we now have to put up with a person with an unrepentant terrorist roaming our streets

Fucking hell. Still, some lovely people amongst them. Buy their mothers flowers and stuff.

We should throw open the doors and invite as many over as would like to come :rolleyes2:

Should have thrown the fucking key away or better still, a special forces clandestine operation resulting in him mysteriously disappearing.

An astonishing story that is.

And the scrote who crashed into the woman- 22 fucking months! That is an absolute joke.

22 years would be fair.

Depressing reading some of these cases. Absolute scumbags who ruin lives. I’d throw the key away for all of them.

another tick In the mental sentences and why folk get frustrated by the system box

I read this

Taylor was also disqualified from driving for 40 months and was told he must take an extended driving test.

After seeing this

he should never be allowed to drive again

Yep. Banned for life.

What are these judges thinking, and where is parliament when sentences should clearly be strengthened?

As for being released- we have blokes on indeterminate sentences for doing very little- a disgrace to a civilised society- meanwhile a terrorist who trained a killer goes free.

Really wonder if it's time for specific state executions. Or do we wait until another child is lost?

Everyone has different thresholds and views though. What do you class as ‘doing very little’?

That 19 year old who caused that accident imho should have a far longer sentence. But I know people who would argue the opposite, that he’s 19 and stupid and deserves a chance. For me though that’s much worse through the sheer stupidity of it and the horrific outcome.

He won't give a fuck either

Nothing to do with the kid.

I made that clear.

There us a classification of sentence that was introduced under Tony Blair, and there are folk still incarcerated for quite minor indiscretions.

Check it out, it is a stain on our legal system; mps in agreement, but still nothing gets done.

I've had this opinion for a while and have posted similar.

Everyone starts out with 80 years of oxygen credits and are debited or have extra credits awarded according to the offences... if you kill a person with 50 years left you are debited 50 years on top of the (say) your 30 years left in credit . If you are an immigrant you have to agree to how many credits you are awarded on admission to our country.

An Artificial Intelligence system replaces the overloaded Courts and when your balance goes into debit to a certain amount you have a plastic bag placed over your head as you can no longer have any more oxygen.

Sorry pal. You really do need to update your thinking.

Shouting 'Who the fuck is Allah?' is not very little. Up there with GBH, driving without due care and attention causing life changing injury, paedophilia, grooming, violent mistreatment of animals and a whole raft of other crimes.

Thank fuck the shouters are behind bars. Cultural insensitivity must never be tolerated. Just ask a few on here.

IPP. Sure. But whilst I think indeterminate sentencing was and is completely wrong I don’t think there are many if any under IPP for (at least initially) minor indiscretions. Though my point was that people have different definitions for that.

What's all this Greg Wallace stuff then. Seems to have spent more time on sky news than Ukraine Russia.

Is it really such a big deal ffs

The Police Federation expressing concerns re the Notting Hill carnival.  Can't imagine how difficult it must be to police that event.

Yeah ... but but but it's mostly peaceful.

They need to compare it to football match day incidents.
