I doubt that they'll get off so lightly, it's being watched too closely & their not guilty pleas should ensure longer sentences. The usual guidelines are that an early guilty plea should receive a lighter sentence but that didn't apply to last years' "right wing rioters ".

For example. She got 25% reduction for her guilty plea. Point 32 in the link below. You can argue the category was wrong, but it is not true to say she did not get a reduced sentence. Would have more if she had gone guilty earlier. https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Lucy-Connolly-v-The-King.pdf
July 8, 20251 yr I will say now unless there is some real game changer in terms of evidence that if they do not get serious jail time for this we do have two tier legal system. The lad in blue headbutted the bloke in Starbucks, hit both WPCs breaking one’s nose and then attacked the other copper from behind. The fact someone called his mum names earlier is not a defence. As I said earlier I would have thought this was GBH rather than ABH. But that is based on 20 mins looking on Internet rather than any legal training😂🤷♀️

You'll have yoghurt knitter on one side saying it's too much, and Tommeh and his merry followers saying it's not enough. The Judge is going to get it in the neck from one side or the other For what it's worth, based on the limited stuff I've seen, then a 20 stretch should see it about right.....but we know that won't happen

You dont become stateless by shredding your passport. And why would you pay someone to build a house in a country youre fighting extradition to. What happens if he wins?

I'm not sure it's as straight forward as described in the video, and it is very much a political decision on behalf of Pakistan. I reckon he'll get fucked off soon after further negotiations. https://www.lbc.co.uk/crime/rochdale-grooming-gang-ringleaders-deportation-pakistan/

Don’t know much about her, but reading her history she seems to be part of some decent campaigns & represents her constituents. Have I missed something ? 😄

Some countries don't allow dual citizenship for instance. Rochdale cunt may have had dual citizenship so in that case wouldn't be stateless if he did the above. Think the "shredding the passport" is possibly a metaphor not literal. The UK govt cancelled Shamima Begums UK citizenship but she was Bangladeshi too.

He was due to be deported 12 years ago, managed to delay the inevitable for as longstanding as possible but knows deep down he’s going to end up back in Pakistan. Uses his remaining time in the U.K. to earn as much as possible (prob cash in hand work) before sending back to Pakistan to have a new house built ready for his new life when he’s eventually deported.

Ahh, so its just a delaying tactic to allow him to earn lucrative wages delivering pizzas in Milnrow which he's wisely invested in a luxurious new build in a rural Pakistani village. I've just read the article on the daily mail. They've quoted his Pakistani neighbours. Its already built and hes made his brothers family move out. Probably paying a security firm to look after it with the tips he gets from dropping off kebabs.

From what I've read, Pakistani govmt dont want them back, unless we are prepared to negotiate with them for some stuff they want in return. One article claims its linked to returning direct airflights or something

Might not be his only income You do know Muslims all piss in the same pot and have their own mortgage and loan network don't you? Hence they snap up property so easily.
July 9, 20251 yr And are you really making any form of case for a guy convicted of grooming children here btw?

They can't be arsed telling the full story, so dumb it down and sensationalise it to get clicks and ultimately advertising revenue. Gutter press.
