  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

Sounds like Barton might be in a bit of financial bother. Is there a gofundme set up? , I might divert the money I had earmarked for Tommeh to Joey instead

Also rumours of Councillor types connected too.

Going to take some investigating.

One big cover up ... Who'd have thought it 🤷🏻‍♂️

The only positive is that the victims ...  despite trying to be silenced by the politics, the police and the diversity mob ... Are still coming forward.

A brave thing to do when even those that are ment to protect are against you ... some even involved.

Some of course knew what was happening and spoke up ... nobody listened.

Nothing can comprehend what they've been through at such young ages. Lives ruined.

Hopefully they'll get their justice.

Sadly ... I dont think they will

I honestly did not realise Sir Micheal Take was a satire account for a while.

Two Brothers retrial is scheduled for April 26,

Assuming that means that the one found guilty will be held on remand until then..

He’ll be serving time for the offences he was found guilty of.

His sentencing hearing isn't for a couple of months, so apparently the consideration was whether he should remain in custody till then or be on bail, which I found a bit questionable really.

Always seems weird why sentencing hearings can be so far down the road after conviction.

Anyway, he'll get more than a couple of months, so keep him that way pending the hearing.

Presume any time he's served now will come off the sentence.

I'll end up serving about 2 years the fucking cunt.

Dunno, 2 years seems ok to me

You wouldn't get that for the same if it wasn't a cop would you?

Should be looking at a longer sentence because of where it took place and it being against a copper

Maximum sentence for assaulting a police officer is 2 years.

https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/assaults-emergency-workers-offences-act-2018

The 2018 Act, as amended by s.2 Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022, makes provision for increased sentencing powers for offences of common assault and battery committed against an emergency worker acting in the exercise of functions as such a worker. For an offence committed on or after 28 June 2022 the maximum sentence is 2 years imprisonment.

He’s been found guilty of ABH so he could get upto 5 years

Difficult to argue those points (although I'm sure Cheese probably will)

I don't know why, but I always wonder why there is a maximum sentence for anything. I understand there should be a minimum sentence for offences, but I'd happily do away with maximum sentences, and each case should be viewed on what/when and why.

Not at all. I hope he gets put away for as long as possible.

Imagine the uproar if he gets less than 2 when the Twitter poster got 2 and half years

True, but the average pleb on the street will still be outraged. It's the sort of guff that the likes of Farage and Tommeh will try and weaponise

I know they’re not. But imagine the uproar if he gets less than 2 years whilst the twitter poster got 2 and half years

That’s not always the case. However imagine the uproar if he gets less than 2 years whilst the twitter poster got 2 and half years

It isn't a difficult thing to grasp is it!

You would imagine the vast majority of the population would see a substantial difference in severity, and therefore sentence.

It would be perceived as another example of multi-tier.
