  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

  • Anyone who thinks Starmer covered up for grooming gangs because he in some way thinks it’s ok, is off their fucking box. Hes a dull as shit, methodical legal cunt. Unfortunately, to get justice p

I've been picked for jury service twice, its not what you think its going to be like and TBH its very boring.

First time went for a week and never got selected for any trials, rang me up on the Friday and said don't need to bother going the second week.

Next time was during COVID and it was even more boring as most of the facilities were unavailable, did get on a trial though, it was laughable how it had ever made it to a crown court, prosecution barrister seemed like it was her first day at primary school, any police report was equally childish with many spelling errors, dates not matched, wrong order of events the list goes on but for anyone that's never done jury service you don't realise that over say a 3 day trial the actual jury will only maybe hear a couple of hours of the trial as your constantly sent out for hours on end whilst legal things are discussed without a jury, TBH you lose interest.

Neil Flewitt KC was born in 1960. Do you have a problem with that?

What's happening with the veterans centre in Bolton then?

You missed the tongue in cheek nature.

The initial post was criticising another with suggestions of racist elements, yet itself contained ageism.

Gonzo's post simply highlights the concerns many folk have at the moment- even if in this specific case, the foundation for the concern was misplaced.

Luck of the draw really.

Iirc, it was my Aunt a number of years ago that ended up on a long case of abuse of a child or similar. Supposedly harrowing.

You may have got lucky in a way.

4 fucking times I've been selected, luckily, the last one was during COVID, and it got cancelled at the last minute. I've only ever had one decent case, which was a creepy old Uncle accused of noncing his 3 nieces. It was a cracker, every person called to the stand was utter scum. Accused, Defendants, and the other 4 or 5 family members. It pretty much lasted the full 2 weeks, everyday was a real eye opener as to how sick and depraved some people really are

A few of my family work in the courts doing things like looking after juries and the day to day admin of running the courts.

They say the people who come through are wild. From the genuinely worried folk to those who just think it is a normal day out .

Never done it thank god.

Used to work with a kid, 20, naive and gullible as fuck who got called up for it.

Everybody at work was saying pity the poor fucker who’s up for trail

First break he had he’s rang work to tell us the case he was on. Dave Jones the ex Southampton manager.

I did it and got two weeks , 1 st week some scrotes who I thought guilty straight away then innocent during their defence , you’re right about the jury being sent out and how simple things can change what you think was obvious to thinking the other way .
our trial had been going on for two days when one of the jurors suddenly let the court clerk know that one of the accused was actually her cousin , so she had to be dismissed and then there was a days deliberations about was it a re trial or carry on with 11.

whether it looks obvious to everyone on here, once in the court and you get told what to ignore and what to accept it can be pretty hard to get unanimous based on peoples understanding of what they can accept and such like.

I hope they get 100 years, but will need to be done properly by the book in a court, not on all our gut feelings watching the video .

I'd like see the ethnicity of the jurors that are going not guilty....

One Guilty

One Not

I don't know how the other got off with it, he starts punching the copper before the one in light blue starts going nuts. But I wasn't in court to hear the evidence the jurors did.

Are the cops suspended, do we know?

For what?

Only one been found guilty so far on 3 out of four counts.  They couldn't decide if he assaulted the male officer.

A verdict that will have everyone up in arms.

The lad in blue looked the more aggressive of the two, no idea how he is not guilty of also attacking the male copper he hits him from behind after hitting the women.

Justice done.

As it should be.

Speaking as a patriot, I’m very pleased to see our judicial system ignoring the screechers and going at a pace that gets the right verdict.

Since Starmer would no doubt have been blamed had that hook nosed wanker got off, let’s have a moment to show some respect to our leader for ensuring BRITISH justice, the best in the world, was done.

No

but opening twitter this morning and all the accounts with union jacks were telling me they were going to be let off and that the jury were all Muslims.

He’s going to jail.

Not sure why his mate isn't though.

Sorry to hijack the Manny Airport but Jeremy Vine has published details of his issues with Joey Barton. Calling him a ‘bike nonce’ has cost young Joey over £500k.

I no longer think Miami is a roofing nonce, RE is a soldier nonce, Gonzo is a cleaning nonce and Cheese is just a fucking nonce.

I am however a posting the images in the wrong order nonce.
