When Rangers and Celtic play there usually isn't other local groups looking to turn up and create a scene. It tends to just be fan on fan violence. This game was one off. For me the politics behind this game always felt fairly unique & a challenge to police, because there was so many sides looking to antagonise. I've always sympathised with the challenges this game presented, wasn't a typical UK footy game.
