A fanbase with a reputation for hating Arabs are going to antagonise a local Muslim population. Do you think they wouldn’t ? They were as real a threat as the local Muslim population. Equally in my opinion. We’d have seen both sides at it. WMP were just too afraid to be specific and say the same about local Muslims. So I agree they should have. I don't think the authorities can attempt to "move on" from this because senior officers not only put forward an exaggerated narrative they also mislead Parliament and you can’t do that without consequences.
