I agree, nobody gives a fuck about them usually - but the narrative/hype around these is very different - and Reform and Greens will make huge noise about taking over councils As @Traf says, too much success could be to their detriment, if they make a pigs ear of running these councils, as we all know Reform are, at present
-
Local/council elections have always been and remain utterly irrelevant compared to the HoC.
-
Getting a load of councils run by Reform & the Greens so far away from a General Election will probably help the main parties further down the line. In two years time, when they've made an absolute fuck-up of running councils (like Reform are on the way to doing already), they'll have made themselves unelectable.
-
Agree with all that - we can all see it coming, but I suspect a real good hiding to be doled out to both the main two.....who shortly may no longer be referred to as the "main two" - which I'm not sure anybody envisaged 5 years or so ago.
-
Same, Iβm usually awake at midnight and do it then. If itβsa little obscure or no obvious pattern Iβll come back to it. Connections is the one I always open and forget to complete
-
It's going to be very heavy in Reform and Green councillors come the end of the month. The next 2 years are going to be tricky for the political establishment trying to get the people back on board with the status quo.
-
Father in law has known the Fury's for years always speaks highly of them. I remember him being very excited when Tyson was just breaking through.
- Today

Yesterday in Bolton apparently

Theyβll be knocking up some bespoke furniture in the prison workshop before banging out a quick gym session then watching TV in their room.

Usually done within a minute. If I'm stuck thinking about it for a few minutes I intentionally fail just to see the answer, otherwise I'd have a bunch of letters whizzing round my head all day.
-
how long do folk take on wordle? I'm either done inside a minute if not 30 seconds or it takes ages and I have to put it down and come back to it, and sometimes forget to finish it or just tap in randomness till something lands one or the other
-

If he was dropped then he will likely be out of their , you know he doesn't like being dropped
-
You insinuated the reason the Blackrod case apparently wasn't mentioned on here was because those convicted weren't Pakistani-Muslim.
-
I didn't mention anything about race? π€·ββοΈ

You may not be able to debate anymore, but youβll always have grammar. Bless.
-
He'd have a point if there was a wide scale scandal, cover up, and full blown national enquiry into the grooming of white English girls by White Teenagers from Blackrod.
-
I've a few crack head shoplifters in town ready to hit JD sports display stand
-
As it should be, hence her and that buffoon Anderson were turfed out. They're both a pair of dicks, who were just showboating.
-
Iβd like to see Stockport sneaking in by not winning another game, finishing 6th so we can see them off in the semi after us finishing 3rd.
-
Yeah I was happy when we signed him on a free. Established PL player and still a few years ahead of him at 29.
-
Davis - says he has no idea how he passed the medical. Speaks well of Megson and quite poorly of Coyle. Not much else on Bolton but he seems a lively character. Wish it had worked out for him here as he was definitely a talent when fit.

Rosenior definitely getting sacked by Chelsea in the summer, if not before
-
Stockport and Stevenage are playing the early matches. We'll know exactly what we need. 1 point guarantees it (even if it's 99% safe now anyway), 3 points guarantees a home tie.
