  1. Over 2500 sold for Port Vale so far. Burslem far nicer place than Rotherham😆
  2. 2012 sold of a 2297 allocation as of this morning. Almost sold out
  3. Morley has his head in his hands and then pulls his hood over his head when the 2nd went in. Fortunately hidden by a random collection of our subs, backroom staff and stretchers bearers dancing around when the 3rd went in.
  4. I was at the game at Reading in 2023 when they threw tennis balls on the pitch. We scored almost immediately after the delay, dominated the rest of the game, then conceded 2 late on.
  5. Are you Little Whitt in disguise? 😀
  6. Warren’s going great. Is that 3 levels higher than he was playing last season? Really hope the lad can make it in league football. Hopefully he keeps improving. But if we end up in the Champ would be a tough ask for him to be playing for us. No reason why he shouldn’t be a regular at L2. Inwood was sat behind our dugout yesterday. Maybe picked up an injury
  7. That away end is laughable by the way.
  8. I haven't seen any announcement of the launch of Phase 2 today, so maybe they are letting the last few stragglers through at early rates.
  9. Harrier is a great shout. Another favourite of mine was the English Electric Lightening phenomenally fast up to Mach 2 and a rapid climb rate. I went to school on the RAF base in Bahrain and at break times watching the squadron of Lightnings based there was a highlight for all the lads.
  10. Last flight was in 2015, so more than a couple of years ago. Your memory is like mine, forever saying the other week or last year when it was yonks ago. Saw that last tour when it flew over Rivi, from the Bob Smithy, and then on over Barton. My lad took a great photo of it which ended up in the paper. An amazing sight. Vulcan, Concorde, Spitfire, Lancaster to name a few. We had a great aviation history.
  11. As said above, the original world record that Keeley broke yesterday was set on 3 March 2002, the day Keeley was born. Not a great fan of the BBC but I don't they said Keeley set it on her own Birthday. The previous world record holder was later banned as drug cheat, so not surprised it took 24 years to break it.
  12. Don’t know, but Huw went to Beech House before moving to Austria presumably for a bit more snow, so every chance.
  13. Worth its own thread I think. Huw Nightingale won a Gold in the Mixed Snowboard Cross. His dad used to run Bolton Rugby Club, The Howcroft and Bolton Beer Festival. Well done lad.
  14. 38% win record in his 3 years at Stoke. Schumy only got 9 months at Stoke and still managed over 40%.
  15. Both decent finishes
  16. Our nearest and dearest have potted their manager after the 6-1 thumping today.
  17. Wacky races. Seen in the paper that it has wrecked the barbers business premises.
  18. Was a sad day when we moved from a book of vouchers to a plastic card. Do you now have to throw your virtual season ticket (phone) on the pitch instead of your real one when you want to Sack the Board?
  19. I'm conveniently in London with an early start on the Wednesday, so overnight stay needed.
  20. You forgot about Etete now plying his trade at St Mirren as well.
  21. A goal down already. Yorkshire Post saying SS is in the stands at Oakwell.
