  1. Not going to play much today.
  2. Bumble bees use holes in the ground etc. Apparently wasps nests that are low down should be given more 'respect' than those high up. They are more aggressive!
  3. Another view from a chap on the news. Japan and south Korea may now look to develop their own nukes, which China certainly wouldn't want. Come on China, do your stuff.
  4. Right. Saw the gesture, but didn't realise to whom it was aimed.
  5. Maybe. Doesn't mean it won't happen though. Again, nothing will happen unless the Americans/Japan/SK feel confident they can mitigate any aggression from nk.
  6. What did he do? I did see a middle finger briefly but wasn't sure of the context.
  7. I don't believe for one minute that if the yanks go in, that it will be with nukes. A huge 'conventional' strike on their nuclear facilities and missile batteries and other pertinent military facilities.
  8. that's good news, not seen to many myself.Andy- bees see blue better than any other colour, so tend to favour blue flowers. A range of flowering times is best to provide food all year. They love lavenders, its also important to have early flowering stuff so there's food when they wake up. Escalonia (shrub) also impressive when buzzing. Loads of info about on the internet, also wildflower seed mixes available specially for them.
  9. Quick, Shania twain on the one show- perhaps an announcement!
  10. I'm aware of the first two points. But if shit carries on like this then it isn't beyond the realms of possibility that some daft bugger will kick off against a schools policy. What will they try next, gender neutral names- let's face it, if its becoming discriminatory to label clothes, then perhaps girls and boys names are setting them up unfairly before they're even out of nappies. Its absolutely ridiculous
  11. Red spider mites we called them (not mites at all iirc) If them ladybirds were harlequins then they need twatting too.
  12. How many were buying skirts for their sons? Won't be long before some cunt complains or tries to sue a school for having gender specific uniforms.
  13. Short term pain, for long term gain? Not such a bad idea. A more friendly set up in nk would suit the Chinese as much as anyone.
  14. Wonder how many times she's been asked "will you blow this"
  15. Mason (Cardiff chap). John O'Kane?
  16. What's the deal there then? More Europeans that don't like each other?
  17. They are nasty fuckers them. I can see the benefits of wasps, but what do these things bring to the party. Just bite animals and suck blood. They should be banned.
  18. That's even worse. Countries desperately short of decent comedy shows.
  19. I agree with most of that. However, its the Americans who are threatened by him, should they marry missiles with warheads. Similarly the Japanese. Not sure the Chinese would be enamored either. America has promised to protect those nations nearby and that makes it more complicated. The MAD situation has helped preserve peace between the superpowers, and hopefully the situation would be the same with North Korea, however the prickly issue of them launching missiles over neighbouring countries isn't helping
  20. The BN has a quiz going- apparently there have been 120 home goalscorers for the whites since the stadium opened. Can we name them all! I'll throw in Nicky Hunt
  21. What are you quaffing to compliment the day?
  22. Thank fuck, not just me.
  23. Sparrows are noisy but ace. Loads down the road but don't get any in my garden. Loads of goldfinches though. Not just me re the wasps though.
