I agree with most of that. However, its the Americans who are threatened by him, should they marry missiles with warheads. Similarly the Japanese. Not sure the Chinese would be enamored either. America has promised to protect those nations nearby and that makes it more complicated. The MAD situation has helped preserve peace between the superpowers, and hopefully the situation would be the same with North Korea, however the prickly issue of them launching missiles over neighbouring countries isn't helping
