Gardening Tips....
1. Scarify it. 2. Loosen soil or use new sandy stuff like Carlos. 3. Firm soil to stop settling later. 4. Rake lightly. 5. Seed at recommended rate. 6. Rake lightly and water on lightly if necessary to stop seed drying out. 7. Wait and chase off fucking pigeons. Shoot cats taking a dump. 8. Once sprouting ensure watering if dry weather. 9. Once around 3 inches roll it, then after a couple of days, cut it. Only a light cut. Never remove more than a third of its length. 10. Do not use any lawn weed treatment in the first few months. If must establish first. Manually remove any weeds 11. Use suitable feed. If using granular do not use on wet grass especially in warm weather, it may scorch. 12. Don't cut your grass too short like 90% of the population. Goes yellow, week and stresses.

Lancashire 2016
Been some big scores this season, especially considering the damp weather in recent months. Perhaps the new 'toss' set up is having some effect or T20 is. Or both.

Lancashire 2016
Commentary reckons he's not done much apart from that one over. Bowling within himself.Any how good effort on a pitch not offering a great deal. Kerrigan the man tomorrow hopefully.

16-17 Season
Not everyone's cup of tea, but Dobbie does score goals considering the small amount of time he's played. Been decent wherever he's played and might be more than useful in league one.

Leicester Fans . . .
I was at that one. Reckon someone had hypnotised him that night. Wasn't one a delicate chip from the angle?

Aye, and they could use it for dusting all the empty seats.

Todays Games
Interesting when sourpuss was talking about the importance of playing formations that the players are comfortable with, not insisting on trying to show horn players into roles they're not. Lennon said nowt

They'd At It Again.
I watched the link. And the events at the time. Yes insufficient turnstiles etc. No doubt. No one is arguing about the findings. However when you attend an event like that, there's a level of responsibility with you as an individual. Yes occasionally we've arrived late etc but that's not justification. Perhaps it's a bit of a heard mentality, I don't know, but I've been in situations where our own fans have seemingly lost sense of reason. Its not necessarily an intentional action but it happens.

No one being mentioned overly impresses. On that basis stick with what we've got.

Wanderers 1 Hull 0
Watched Newell closely last night. Looks like his dad and has a similar style. Lanky yet seems able to hold the ball and link up. Early days but promise nonetheless. Really need to hold onto these youngsters.

Definitely small green shoots with the youngsters showing quite well. Maybe JP might be worth a punt.

They'd At It Again.
I'm presuming you watched events at the time, you're old enough to have. Gates were opened on police orders, that was revealed some time ago, though not as soon as it should. But why do you think they were? Because they just felt like it? Must have been a trigger and that is thousands outside and the fear of an incident outside. You can criticise policing etc all you want, and their mistakes warrant that. But there's a reason it all started and those individuals must also accept some responsibility. It's not just an issue with Liverpool fans though, just terrible that on this day it went so badly wrong

Here We Go - Itk Transfer Gossip
I think, like Clough he would do well in a good footballing team. When he was playing well before his move our football was the best under Lennon. I reckon he's an intelligent player not an physical type.

Bowyer and Lambert are dour. Cotterill less so. Yes it's results that count, but an appointment that enthuses people may be the difference between a number of season ticket sales and the loss of cash upfront. It may be wise to invest up front to get some back. Going for a cheap option is a concern

Think so.Gold line is just an agent coming to your door, isn't it?

They'd At It Again.
Very true. Wouldn't disagree with that. Probably fair to say that the ones that were sadly killed were in relatively early. Those tanked up and causing pressure outside were always going to be at the back of the pens inside

2016/2017 Season Tickets
I don't believe that the cost of a St is too bad; that being said this is a fair point. Sometimes we do become a little blind to disconnect between normal salaries and those of footballers. It's a short career I suppose and you can't blame the players if they can get it, but it is still a lot of money.

This Weather.....
Saw a piece on SSN just a few weeks ago. It was from the place where England were going to train for the Euros. Contractors were laying out the soil to create a pitch. Kinell around four months to the tournament not even structured let alone seeded. They must have some special weather over there, might be worth migrating!

This is utter bollocks. It's getting better tomorrow, a predominantly sunny day, with temperatures just into double figures. I've known warmer Februaries

Manchester To Havana?
Anyone contemplating going to Cuba should do so soon. Their economic isolation has led to its current character. Now the Americans are softening as we are, investment is sure to follow and no doubt all the old cars will be sold to collectors and the character will change as modernisation follows
