Hopefully not starting to play well

Every opportunity he's been given he's played well. I don't understand his critics at all.

If he gets a custodial, id not be shocked to see him fucked off

Im hoping theres a bug chunk of self defence and some cock has picked on the wrong 2

Aye, hope so. Didn't someone go on Twatter do have a dig too- might help his case, who knows.

Must have passed the CPS threshold though.

Hope he keeps his form in the meantime.

Back in Feb.

If guilty then the 12 month punishment stated above- serve half that and be out for start of next season.

Sorted :)

As long as he gets day release for the play off final.

How old was the Bouncer about 12? Can't see Dempsey giving a bouncer a twatting, unless his Dad is maybe Lenny Mclean MK2.

His Dad is proper hench.

Played RL professionally for Wigan.

A few of us were supping with him after the Carlisle friendly and he has arms full of tattoos, so he must be nails. 😁

Doesn't really chime with the story in the BN:

WANDERERS midfielder Kyle Dempsey was attacked during a family night out in his hometown of Maryport, Cumbria, the club has confirmed.

The 26-year-old and his father, Michael, an ex-rugby league player, both required hospital treatment after that Bolton described as an “unprovoked assault” on Saturday evening.

Dempsey, signed from Gillingham in January, had played for Wanderers against Carlisle United earlier that day.

A statement from the club read: “Bolton Wanderers Football Club is aware of an incident which took place at the weekend.

“Kyle Dempsey and his father were enjoying an evening out with their family in their home town of Maryport following Saturday’s pre-season friendly against his former club Carlisle United.

“During the course of the evening, they were both subjected to an unprovoked assault which left them requiring medical treatment.

“The Dempsey family will receive the full support of Chairman Sharon Brittan, manager Ian Evatt and the club while the incident is being investigated by Cumbria Police.

No further comment will be made at this time.”

Does make sense IF it was self defence,  and the other person's come much worse off.
