In court today with his dad for assault on a bouncer . Back in crown court in February cctv evidence could be sentenced to 12 months in prison both pleaded not guilty. 

Both him and his dad pleaded guilty to assault

With mitigation.

They accepted it was an ove-reaction to severe goading & no lasting damage, not oremeditated.

They're very sorry & they'll only do it in dark alleys, with no cctv & wearing masks from now on Gov'ner.

He'll be fine. Not a hope in hell he's going to jail.

His dad will have the book thrown at him and get the SS. Maybe even a bit of bird.

I am amazed his dad has not said it was all his fault and his lad got dragged in.
