Loyalty scheme is a load of bollocks.

People who have been watching wanderers for 30 odd years could potentially be less loyal than some teenagers who have been to some aways that season.

Some games have less allocation and higher demand. If you get a ticket, great , if you don't you dont.

No need to be putting people on loyalty pedestals.

There is we’re in this league again. We can’t have what happened at Accrington, Morecambe, Fleetwood, Bristol and what’s going to happen at Barnsley going on again.

Thank god a priority scheme that would allow those that spent their hard earned being given some reward is dead and our “supporters group” can still exploit a broken system - great news

“We’ve spoken to the Supporters Trust and because none of them go to games anyway they said don’t bother about introducing anything”

Don’t over complicate it with distance or midweek, have a look about how others do it

At a time to suit the customers

Id say 7pm suits more people than 10am

Guess it's easier to employ folk with set office hours than shifts based on when tickets become available at short notice

Had a look at the other teams in the playoffs and they're all pretty much the same

No one works evenings

And tickets sell out quickly at 10am

So it clearly does suit the customer

Oh and Peterborough have a loyalty points system too

There's really no excuse for us not to

We will agree to disagree

I cant always get in front of a screen at 2 minutes to ten, let alone whatever fucking time they decide to play queue roulette

And to be honest, plenty have it worse than me

No fucker needs to be in the ticket office anyway

The thing you need to remember is that the club really dont give a fuck about who gets away tickets

It doesnt matter to them

I think it does matter to the club… pretty sure they’ll put a system in place.

I doubt it

After the comps, the pubs, the st, the lancaster whites, the sponsors, the boxes

After that, i dont think they care

And tbh, why would they

The queue round the ground this week shows we do need people in ticket office.

I might be going soft but am sure Sharon would want a fair system in place, what is clear from comments on here defining fair is not straightforward.

evidently they do need to be in the ticket office

tickets for everything go on sale in the AM, like gigs and stuff

there won't be a time that suits everyone, so they go with one that suits them

we could go back to saving ticket vouchers and sending them in the post

or just turning up and queuing the old fashioned way

they weren't convenient for everyone either

sheff weds have it right

staggered times over 3 days for Peterborough - they got 2358 tickets, be interesting to see at which point they sell out over the following slots, or how many fans have 1050+, 1000+ etc

Tuesday 9 May at 10:00am: Season Ticket holders with 1050 or more Ticket Priority Points

Tuesday 9 May at 2:00pm: Season Ticket holders with 1000 or more

Wednesday 10 May at 9:00am: Season Ticket holders with 950 or more

Wednesday 10 May at 2:00pm: Season Ticket holders with 900 or more

Thursday 11 May at 9:00am: Season Ticket holders with 850 or more

Thursday 11 May at 11:00am: Season Ticket holders with 800 or more

Thursday 11 May at 1:00pm: Season Ticket holders with 750 or more

Thursday 11 May at 3:00pm: Season Ticket holders with 700 or more

Correct Zico and this is an example of how many others operate including L2 sides too

is it that hard to roll out?

back in 2001 you had to send vouchers from previous selected away games in by post to get away tickets, you look back and bit of pissing about but it was fair & worked

If they don’t they should.

I’m not so sure you’re right about that.

There’s regular comments from the hierarchy, Evatt the loudest, about how fantastic the fans have been after  away games.

They are valued - so look after them.

Why do other clubs adopt the system then?

Has to be done, these 10am stampedes are crazy. Id sell Barnsley away old school, in person 1 each Sun morning. Those who really want them will get sorted.

They do it because its fairer than the current system.

A brand new season ticket holder, who bought a kids season ticket and has never been to a home game, could get a ticket ahead of someone who has attended loads of home and aways this season.

Do I still need to keep my Besiktas ticket?

Old school queues at 4am would be a great ‘retro’ way of doing sales.

Totally wank for me. Work most Saturdays so my chances of an away day are limited to 2-3 a season. Think I've only Vale and Fleetwood this season the latter was in the home end.

But it is what it is. Radcliffe, Baked and likes put the hard yards in. Their chance of a ticket should never be in jeopardy. Its the right thing to do.

It's gonna create some jiggery pokery with fans lending eachother client refs with point on etc that's for certain.

....my CR is free to use for 90% of aways next season if anyone wants it :)

A bit of notice for when they are going on sale would also be nice.

Do we think Barnsley A will be on sale in the morning?

Strange saying if stay in League 1.

Championship has a few smaller away allocations

That's fair enough I suppose. But I've slipped off the away day radar recently. Choosing to eat and pay bills instead. Can this loyalty thing be backdated to the 80s?

The good work by the AHM won’t be forgot

but it’s about the now

I might be wrong, but I don't seem to remember it being an issue for the last few seasons we've been in the Championship. Albeit that might have been because we were losing every week.

Someone will post the Championship away allocations in the next half hour.
