Dempsey one is tricky as he played well and I think we’ve seen when he does this season he is then dropped the game after which does no one any good.

As you know, I'm a Kyle Dempsey fan (even if my attempts at resurrecting the old Darren Pratley/Paparazzi chant failed), but I think he has underperformed by his own standards when given the chance to claim the shirt, Carlisle (A) excepted.

Agree if anything I would play Dempsey instead of GT he worries me due to his lack of discipline and poor tackling in important games .

You’ve also forgot Collins produces more magic than any other player we have.

It's a mini tournament now - you plays the players in form, not necessarily your best players. Thomason has been off the pace for weeks, Dempsey miles better last week so that's what i'd run with - Maghoma plays too.

Evatt won't though. GT will start as will Maghoma. Dempsey will be benched

To be fair to MK Magoma was hit and miss when he first came and also went hiding some games but now I think he's probably one of the first on the team sheet 

Players like Maghoma and Collins are the difference makers between us and Barnsley. We know Barnsley can mix it up in midfield so it's natural to want our battlers like Demps and Tomo in there - but that's us adapting to their game and it's not our strong suit.

Surely we should want to play our way and outpass the buggers. They'll press to try and force us into long balls over the top - which is easy for them to deal with - so we have to take risks and try to play through them if we are going to do it our way.  We just have to have faith in our ball players and not make any daft mistakes.
