It can be considerably more difficult (in some cases, impossible) if trying to claim more than one reserved ticket

I logged on. There’s three of us in our network. One lad had already bought his so I could have bought the other two. Just bought mine. The remaining member of our network bought his today. Piece of piss.

Reading this thread you sound like you’re run like a national league north club. How on earth can you not sell tickets properly after all these years, and you’ve surely got to be the only league club in the world that doesn’t have a priority system for away fans that travel every other week. Be honest it’s tin pot int it .

Bournemouth bemoaning everyone wanting one for Brighton away but no where to be seen when it's Newcastle midweek

Or log in as yourself, change your email address to a work one or whatever. Do a lost password request on your previous email which then allows you to log in as your grandson. Change the settings so he can manage for you and you can manage for him then change his password. Then log in with your work email, change it back to the previous one and change your password on that account too, making sure it is different to your grandson’s password. Hey presto you can manage tickets for each other and job’s a good un. Sounds like a faff but only takes 5 minutes and you’re set for life. 

Many thanks for the advise but decided based on my tech ability to go queue up & not too bad 3/4 hr wait. I think the club have fckd up this time , & is acknowledged by them increasing the deadline. We are not (most of the grey haired demographic) nibble on the keyboard manipulations but to deny season ticket holders (usually kids without their own email address ) their right to first dibs (not deliberately) needs sorting.

Their form may have been shit for a while now but they have some decent players, two pressure games and strangely it may be off them. Still think this will be close.

Football sometimes throws up the odd surprise ... Which is why we watch it.

You’ve every reason to be dubious NM and from a Wanderers perspective I hope you’re right but anything can happen to change games, a sending off, a bad ref or just a worldie performance by one or two of your players. We have an annoying habit of not turning up at times so anything can happen in games like this. I just think this year we’re probably the better side but we still have to prove it on the day. 🙂

It is all to do with the way CRN numbers are set up. I had no issues but I have previously had to get the ticket office to merge the multiple CRN I had. 
 

most people I know having problems is down to kids tickets not being linked due to previously all being on the same CRN. The system is rubbish and needs to be redone. Too much bad information put in over the years. Kids ticket CRN previously under their parents CRN need to be re set up and given the correct permissions. I cannot even assign away tickets to the kids CRN despite them being for those said kids who are legitimate kids with kids season tickets.
