Is that twentysomething analyst son of an ex-chairman still involved?

It’s as clear has mud, him and his mum took legal action against the owners, but were not sure if they’re t still the owners directors or if one of themselves Toby Tyke, the fans find nothing out at all, a Chinese woman came on the scene, posted a lot on Twitter but told us nowt, then a bloke left and another one came along, and she went quite quickly, with the amount animosity amongst our fan base, these two will be disappearing never to be seen again within a few weeks/months then the next one in the firing line will make themselves known and it starts all over again.

Football matches (and grounds), rugby matches (and grounds). Both since 2009ish when trying to figure out how much money I spunked in a season watching Leigh RL win about 3 games. Plus the usual money ones that presumably everyone has (or not). And, erm, a certain chain of nationwide pubs, despite the fact I avoid them like the plague on an away day.

No, I’ve never been tested, but I think it’s fairly obvious 😂

I've got a few

Personal bank account, business bank account, joint bank account

Standard stuff I think

I also started one in 2020 after lock down to track my booze spend and it's got line graphs for much I spend over time and pie charts for where I spend it

Love spreadsheets me

The thought of being back at work is marginally helped by this game.

Think first goal is where it’s at tomorrow. We score, job done. They score then it’s gonna be a long night.

Just need not to give a goal away first 15 minutes. They will be intense the first 15 I think trying to get that goal but it's a fine line for them knowing 1 goal ends the tie.

I don't see them having enough to beat us by two goals. I think people are just worrying because we're so close to Wembley. They have to attack at some point and that suits us. You saw it the 10 minute spell they after their goal and we hit them with Dempsey on the break. Should of scored.

They haven't got the manager, belief or fom IMO to pull this off.

Apologies, found it

My spreadsheet tells me that I went to 30 games that season and I barely have a single abiding memory from it other than opening day optimism at West Brom and getting humiliated by Hull and Wigan.

Probably the last time Maupay scored

Hasn’t Thomason had 20?! How does that one play out?!

Amnesty always sounds more dramatic than the reality. Anyone know who long this amnesty lasts for?!

Thomo. 20 yellows. ... & he's not even a dirty player. That's some doing.

Oh, I don’t know, do you remember that tackle at Blackpool in the cup? 😬

He should have enough experience now to avoid stupid bookings like the one on Friday.

He ain't going to learn

Got visions of GT going to the Police station in the dark of night with a balaclava on putting his stack of yellow cards in a perspex bin.

Haven’t got the nerves I had against say forest or the 2nd leg last year where I knew we basically needed to win but I’m nervous about this turning in to an unnecessarily difficult evening.

it’s a massive footballing cliche but the first goal tonight will be absolutely huge. Hope for once they don’t put us through the ringer but it’s the play offs..

Thought it was a harsh one on Friday tbh. As have quite a few of his 20 if we’re being honest. Certainly has his cards marked by the referees (no pun intended).

That's what Evatt said a while back.

Ultimately though, it's up to him to just engage brain sometimes, and don't commit to a challenge he simply isn't going to win.

I’d prefer Dempsey instead of Tommo tonight, we need cool heads & discipline.

Another long day ahead....

One or two of them have been ones where he’s barely breathed on them, not a lot he can do about those without being accused of ducking out of challenges.

A few have been tactical ones to stop quick counter attacks, but Sheehan has had plenty of those, too.

back to the old days of 8pm kick off tonight don't forget

First goal crucial we get it game over they get it let’s see what the players are made of .

Shite, that.

Meant that I couldn't trust making the last train back to Lancaster which is at 10.25

Aye no good for my kids getting in bed at close to midnight.

I can already smell the school run drama for tomorrow.

It was 7.30 Friday, 7.45 Saturday and tonight is 8.00, just no consistency.

7.30 is fine and traditional. Stop fucking about.
