Ooo fantastic can't wait.

When are the tickets on sale?

Training camp in the Algarve apparently

The most depressing double fixture announcement ever. Do we get a free oatcake?

Will go to the Stoke game while there won’t be owt better to do on a weeknight, but not a prayer I’m doing Vale.

To be fair it could be Real Madrid and I’d not go. Pre seasons are dog shit

I don't get why people are outraged  by friendlies FFS, better things to do with my summer

The season is a drag itself

Who's arsed about pre season

I just want to go to Benners for one like Preston do

We go every year, shame there’s never an open to the public game.

You would. Come on. Even more so if it was Inter, Juventus, Milan, Roma, Napoli, Lazio etc.

Pre seasons are indeed generally dogshit (although Taddy Nowak scored a belter at Boundary Park in one for us once which may have been the first for us from the great man) but being in the presence of greatness is enough reward IMO.

Perhaps you are right. Used to go all the time and it turned when the quality of opposition went downhill understandably.

Same with England games though. Games with nothing to play for just don’t interest me.

Used to love seeing new signings etc but can wait till August these days😂

Aye.

Unless it was "who gives a flying fuck about those who don't give a flying fuck about pre-seaon?"

All a bit confusing.

But, in reality, who gives a flying fuck? 😁

I’ve no interest for UK Friendlies, but overseas Friendlies I do like, been to many and yes games are crap but the crack is superb, best trip was Malta in Sam’s day, that was off the scale, played a round robin tournament which we won, all Bolton fans (about 50 of us) organisers even put coach on for us and invited us to the presentation in posh 5 star hotel, later that evening and about 20 of us bumped into the whole squad in a night club. Pedersen ended up with us until the early hours. Belting trip.

Sounds great!

Owen Coyle said hello to me at Radcliffe Boro once. That's all I've got 😀
