When my kids were youngsters, about 20 years ago, we used to go to Puerto Pollensa in Majorca, loved the place, I remember people used to call Alcudia "Pram City" don't know whether it's still the case.

Been to Puerto Pollensa, it was lovely.

Right at the top of the hill there is a campsite ... across the road from that is a farm. My Mrs Aunties place.

Walking back up that hill after sinking pints in Wainwright's Bar isn't much fun 🙂

we stayed in a cottage near the bottom, walking back up with suitacase and bags wasn't much fun either

great place, but that hill, fuck me

Alcudia next weekend with the kids and mother. I’m gonna have to get a retractable lead for the 3 year old. He’s feral with no fear.

Dead to me, you.

If you’d saved all that money you could have done some of the Ashes😉

Just booked my flight out for early December. I’ll be doing Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. At least it won’t be all over when I get to Adelaide😉 Come back in the spring.

That just about covers my 25 and 26 holidays.

Just back from our 3rd Eurocamp holiday. This time right on Lake Garda, about 4 miles from Sirmione and 1 mile from Peschiera. Absolutely stunning place. Managed a day in Verona as well.

Nice to break away from the tiring all-inclusive regime and just eat out or eat in (but out, on the decking) each day.

Bonus - a lot of the Italian women are stunners.

Non-bonus - must have been a big holiday week in Ireland as the site was awash with GAA shirts or Conor McGregor lookalikes.

Corfu is red hot

Our little corner faces big issue

A big, refurbed, all inclusive

Water shortages

Its now 5 euros for a 'big' beer and 2.40 for a supermarket bottle. Fwiw, I pay 2.90 for a Corfu beer. Nicely brewed Pilsner, weiss, IPA and lager as theres more to beer than price. Can cutback on luxuries

Was in Callao Saveje near Costa Adeje, Tenerife week before last. Amazing villa, but wouldn't be in a rush to go back. Couple of fantastic restaurants, but the town was practically empty. Not bothered about night life, but you want some sort of 'vibe' I suppose - Kids loved it as they always do!

Apart from a few weekends away in UK (Center Parcs, London, York, Edinburgh) and a works do in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, we're done until April next year when we go to Thailand for 15 days - Stopover in Dubai, then Koh Samui, Kao Lakh and finishing in Bangkok (so to speak!)

Just back from Torrequebrada on an all inclusive with Mrs, her sister, her dad, her youngest and the two grandkids. Never been before with the family group. Got told I had to this year. Despite the fact that I paid nowt I’ll staple my head to the carpet and eat my own toe nails rather than do it again. Fuck that and fuck it even further. Til the day I die it’s me and her on our own on a @Traf tour or I’m staying at home. Fucking torture!!
