Despite whatever failings folk have seen, we have also played pretty well.

Just bloody frustrating.

We just don't have anyone who can change the system, so if it ain't really working we have no other option but to keep plugging away. Etete is shit, we brought him on and have played waist high balls into the box. 

 

Not getting out if the league this season,  we just can't take our opportunities.

Just a very frustrating evening all round, played well, created a shit load, and lost to one chance that is missed/saved more often than not.

Probably beat Stevenage last game and that will be our only win again this season.

Season over, not good enough and a lot of time and money wasted on the Evatt debacle ( should we have waited till end of season)???

Unbelievable result, almost like it was scripted for us not to score, subs made us average, we were peppering them, Etete still hasn't made up for gifting Reading 3 points and overhits that easy pass out to Tutu, very poor player.

Aside from the frustration of the actual match this is our seventh home defeat of the season. It isn't feeling like promotion tackle to me.

A lot needs doing to this squad. SS is the man for the job with help from Fergal Sharkey

Got to say that we did play well tonight but oh how weak we are up front when it comes to being clinical. They have one chance and score and how many fud we have and didn’t, could have played until Christmas and we weren’t scoring tonight. Unlucky though to be fair, that’s the best we’ve played for ages but foiled by some superb goalkeeping and terrific defensive blocks, if only we could defend like that. Not over yet but I just can’t see this side making it now.

We had 28 shots. 6 on target. 0 goals.

They had 1 shot on target and scored.

Can't play much better that that. No complaints from me. Just not our night. Go again at Barnsley. It's still on. Bit more difficult but it's only two points and reading might not exist in a month. 

Only in the world of Bolton Wanderers can a team create dozens of chances whilst simultaneously never look like scoring. 

If I could clamp down on anything in football it would be on goalies gathering the ball and dropping down on the floor just to waste time, they purposely do it, they purposely pull up their socks and wait way over 10 seconds, he made a lot of saves, but it was piss taking and it happens in every league.

We've played well enough and would win more often than not.

Their keeper has had a great game, fair play 🤷‍♂️
