There isn't a football ground in the country that isn't a pain to get away from. Live with it. The bigger issue is folk leaving from 80 minute onwards. it's embarrassing. Rolling the dice just so they can get home for their tea. I'm glad they miss the Cardiff and Wilbraham moments.

There used to be loads of buses, recall there being 3 or 4 to Little Lever,

 

It's 7 quid each way now isn't it? Would cost me 28 quid for 4 of us whereas parking on Joeys costs a fiver or free if I can find a space around Claypool..

Of all the grounds I've been in a car to ours is up there as the worst, especially if you're heading into that roundabout of death at the bobby shop.

I've been still at the ground 1.5 hours after the game

I will counter that with Burton. Free parking on the grass verges, 50 yards from the away end and was on the A road before 5pm. Only positive thing about the place.

I spend every home game praying it doesn’t piss down but have spent the last couple of seasons parking near the Royal Oak on the A6 and it’s been a game changer in terms of getting home at the same time every week. The retail park was getting worse with every match, although we do still tend to park on there for the midweek games. 

I park on there, £180 for  the season  includes cup matches too, there is a waiting list, I waited almost 6 months to get on, it is well worth it

Derby's by far the worst I've ever done, parked on a independant car park right next to the ground and took about 1.5 hours to get off

Tesco used to be spot on, but I just won't go anywhere near Middlebrook or the official car parks even for a Papa John's game

always street parking up near the beehive and am in the car and away in 15 minutes after I choose to leave

appreicate that's not possible for everyone and would rather over folk didn't start parking there anyway

Tend to park on Middlebrook and have done since they stopped people going on the aerospace car park. The Cardiff game was the worst I've seen for ages, took us an hour from getting in the car to getting past the cop shop.

i always Parked on the Hotel/Away car park 

I tend to park just off Chorley New Rd and walk down that path beside St Joseph's School. Usually get a space easy enough and getting away is ok, though through Horwich, Adlington and Chorley to that M61 junction. 

Sometimes do retail park for less busy night games, though with my running shoes for the 200m sprint back to car at full time

Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheff Wed all decent from my experience, as long as you're happy with walking a mile or so.

I've not been to Huddersfield for a while but I remember getting back from away games there quicker than I got home from some home games here.

Blackburn was always the best for me. Park on that estate behind Fernhurst I could be back in the local in half an hour.

I forgot about Blackburn.  Been countless times and never been stuck in traffic, and easy to find on street parking.

I think the 6 hour limit only applies between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday but might be worth checking the signs.

Park on dicconson lane pal . It gets busy on big gates. Prob 20min walk from ground depending on how far down u have to go. Against flow going back so straight off
