Bradford Away - 2nd Leg Thursday 14th May

Just reading their ticket details for 2nd  leg at Bradford.

Looks like they are having both stands behind both goals - savvy move from them. Also having the two blocks (F&G) we had last week.

All seats available to home supporters in the Kop, North West Corner, Morrisons Family Stand, TL Dallas Community Stand and the Bradford Lifts Stand (blocks F and G) will be unreserved, enabling City fans to occupy both goals.

Probably just giving us the nominal 2k in the other corner? (A, B, C ?)

Don't go buying tickets just yet.  We might be in trouble with the FA! Lofty spotted at Bradford's training ground 😁

They all stepped up to the plate but Bonham, Tutu, Forino, and Johnston take a big fucking bow

Indeed plenty of thinking time

I thought it was great tactics last night, especially early on to just pump it forward then crowd them as they tried to play through us......they just dont have enough about them to do that.

And a special mention for Sarcevic who was absolutely gash for 180 minutes 😃

He seems to have acquired additional timber.

Ever drawn a cock and balls in the dirt?

Done a few patios/block paved drives for folk, and it is indeed therapeutic.

After around 8 hours though, it gets a bit much, with your neck locked for a couple of days after. 😀

I play Power Wash sim on my xbox, ignoring that I need to clean my own patio

Could have done without today being a busy one after that, just catching up on it all and absolutely buzzing again.

The day started well with another trip to Hebden Bridge - big fan of that place! Carried on the tour of Vocation establishments in Halifax and met Mr and Mrs @Leyther_Matt.

The game has been well covered. That defensive performance by all 6 of them (including Conway) was immense. They just seemed to be completely unbeatable, no matter what Bradford launched at us (and fuck me they do a lot of aimless launching), it was never getting past. It looked like we were going to lose Tutu to a hamstring injury around 65ish mins - presume it must have been cramp because he was a warrior to the end.

The finish from Simons hasn’t really been mentioned - that is a hell of a finish. It comes at him quickly off the defender’s boot and he adjusts and gets over it so well. It was a proper Gerrard like strike.

That celebration is up there with the best in the last 10 years, absolute chaos. My legs are in pieces and I ended up on my back, pure delirium - watch reckons my heart rate hit 178bpm which is slightly worrying!

The last 10 minutes were very un-Bolton like. Comfortable, 2 goal cushion and therefore a crowd fully able to enjoy it which meant the noise was amazing.

That’s a game that will live long in the memory, let’s hope it actually counts for something!

Was that Tutu's best game for us? Very possible. He was brilliant despite not going into their half once

Don’t think it’s even a question. Looked a completely different player from only a couple of months ago.

He has massively improved his defensive side and his positional awareness, so full marks to him and whoever has helped him.

Has anyone seen Zog1 and Rudy in the same room?

Pep's teacher.

If you thought our drummer was annoying just imagine being stood next to this fucker ...

After much build up, the Valley Parade 'intimidating atmoshpere' amounted to fuck all.

Struck me that 50% of their support were tourists hoping to witness an unforgettable night, it was clear in the first 10 minutes that it wasn't happening, so they went mute.

Our support on the other hand was fucking incredible.

There's something very 'Operation Yewtree' about that guy.

Category A you’re on :)

Forino won 22 headed duels across both games, 11 in each.

impressive

i am not sure if that includes headers when they had just lumped it to no one
