It's a weird one for me. Hate him more now he's gone. Spent a lot of time defending him through blind loyalty and the fact he very nearly got us over the line. The contrast between Oxford an

Went exactly as I thought. Topless manc fart knockers singing Bolton get battered, going home in tears. No more lower league nonsense for me. Schuey is the fucking boy

Forss and Blackett Taylor also around in the kit and they've been injured much longer. Shows they've all been invested and had a great team spirit. Be interesting which of the loanees we keep

In a leg brace dancing around on a piss wet changing room floor 😄

Having injured loan players thete is evidence of very good team spirit. I'd not realised Forss & CB-T were there too.

We have to be front-runners for ACD & Kenny remaining. Better standard league attracts better standard players. It'll be an interesting closed season.

Poor 1st half but couldn't be as bad in the 2nd. And so it was.

We definitely had more fire on our bellies in the play offs when we seemed to realise that we could actually get promoted.

As was required we had several good performances, Tutu, forigno, RR was my mom. Good inplay management to add dalby for simons. I saw Mccatees 1st ever header and a great finish from dalby. With the heat and size of the pitch, subs were always going to play a part whether we were behind, drawing or infront.

Without var we would be 2:1 down at h/t and wouldn't have had the very weak pen.

Overall totally dominant performance, Stockport weren't great.

So pleased for SS, and sharon, lets see what the comings and goings are in prep for next season. We were always going need to improve our defence but might be able to afford better players in the championship.

ACD may now stay and I would love to see us buy Kenny.

At long last, exciting times ahead.

I don’t think they’d have got a second if the first was given.

Neither should have been given - so soft like

 but the better team won

ACD will be PL next season, Kenny may stay

just goes to show what these shit house clubs we’ve been lumbered with for years normally get away with, week in week out against us.

A really good point

Brilliant!

Bit worried about Kenny though - did you see him hobbling down Wembley steps!

Reckon we'll get him now.

Hope so. He seemed really into the celebrations on the pitch at the end, emotional even. First eleven with us or splinters on the bench at Celtic?

Fergal will sort it.

I'm absolutely delighted it went in our favour

But it shouldn't have been allowed, can't do a full season without then use it cos we're at Wembley

Of course we can.

Same for both.

If they hadn't committed those fouls, then things may have been different.

Overall we were better, but if they're mongy enough to pull an opponent' hair, then fuck em. Got what they deserved.

Nice, & interesting, to see Kenny there ... in the strip.

CBT too

(and Forss and Apter)

Not sure why Apter was there.

Does Cogley qualify for a promotion medal...? 🤔 😆

Sat here hours (and a few pints and glasses of red) later still processing that we've actually done it and our Summer will be one of preparing for life in the Championship.

Think it was apprehension that we wouldn't get past Bradford, then still that gnawing doubt that it'd all come right today. What it did do was make how things unfolded in that 2nd half even more joyous, mad and emotional.

Football, bloody hell, eh 😊

Championship fixtures released 25th June at Midday.

My head is all over the place, probably the best day for me personally as a Bolton Wanderers supporter. Better than Atletico Madrid at home, Plymouth 4-0 at Wembley. This just meant everything with us trying so hard to recover from a complete shambles we were put in 7 years ago.

Bolton Wanderers is back, back were we belong at the absolute minimum.

We are going to bloody some noses in the Championship that is for sure.

COYWM.

No words. That was a magnificent day.
