Doesn't mean it's right though.

As I've said, as there are options with safe standing available, then telling folk to fuck off if they want to sit down is hardly becoming on such an occasion.

The lady you refer to may be as regular a fan as anyone, but smaller and simply unable to see if those in front stand.

Showing some respect towards your own in a final should be paramount.

Don't disagree.

I've gone for back row in the lower tier corner because I'm:

A.) excited like fuck for this entire day and can't be trusted to be civil (but not 'crazy corner' hardcore)

B.) a big old softy who doesn't want to get in the way

I'm so looking forward to this.

When do sales end?

Good question. Not sure, I'd imagine end of Friday 'officially'.

I’m fairly sure that Wembley were selling on the day for Oxford. I seem to remember we had quite a lot of late additions to our crowd. I’ll ask @davidjack

Think it must've been same for Plymouth game too. Met some of my lads Uni mates down at Exeter when we played there, and one had been in London the weekend we played Plymouth.

Him and his mate got tickets on a whim and ended up in our end. I didn't get the impression he was really a football fan, but he was mightily impressed by the crowd and atmosphere and followed our results since.

Then ended up in a student house share with a white!

Good effort.

Every one gets over excited at points in a game! 😁

Would imagine we’ll average about 1k per day until the end of the week, putting us near enough 30k by the time it comes around.

Not sure about that. Think we may see the rest of the middle tier sold, but that’s about it.

26/27 k is about right for us.

You could 100% still buy tickets on the day, as my mate bought one as he decided to come last minute

I'd expect pretty much the same this time, as there will still be around 40K "free" seats available

I’m hoping we might just top 27k.

To beat our attendances against Bristol, Tranmere, Villa, Preston and Stoke  would be great.

Especially under these circumstances, 26k+ whites travelling down is absolutely magnificent.

I know following our attendances isn’t everyone’s bag, but in comparison to our GM and Lancashire neighbours I think it’s something really special about us that should be enjoyed and celebrated 👏

Again it’s not everybody’s opinion and it doesn’t always follow this pattern, but having everyone of those fans, shouting, chanting and backing our team could make a real difference.

COYFWM 👏👏

This was 32,000 against Oxford last time around.

The seat map now definitely does not indicate that we are 6,000 behind this, makes no sense.

If you look at the map right now its nearly identical to this.

We are definitely closer to 30k right now than 25k

Still a lot to shift in the 200 blocks and 11 blocks not open in the top tier; we are about 26500 now

Think the key difference is the middle tier. In that pic pretty much all of it aside from one section on the left is full.

whereas this time we only got half of it initially and since the further release whilst some will be new purchases, the majority will be people moving and looking at the current seat map there’s still decent availability in there.

plus. Many of our current top tier blocks are full from the middle down but empty at the top. Whereas they’re full on that pic

in reckon we’re about 4-5k behind so probably around 26-27ish?

There'll be seats showing as bought that aren't

Thought we took 30-31 v Oxford and 33-34 v Plymouth……so 26-27 atm sounds about right?

reckon Plymouth was so high because it was our first visit in years, perfect for a day out, and post COVID when we'd not been able to celebrate promotion

Oxford high because it was Saturday afternoon, first play off final in 20 years and we really fancied our chances after just missing out top 2

I'll be surprised if it's as high as Oxford due to kick off time on Sunday

would like to see 28k+

Think we will go over 28k which is a tremendous following for 1pm kick off on Sunday and trains fucked

Over 26k on Tuesday evening with 4 days of sales left.

There’s no way that all sales just drop off now - it’ll drop through for the rest of the week for various reasons (not every fan is the same way inclined as us who spend hours on a forum and therefore were in a virtual waiting room on day 1 of sales).

If we don’t hit 30k, we won’t be far off. Purely based off current level sold, time left to the game and run rate.

They’re not doing anymore, Wembley won’t release the next block of cheap seats until 90% of the current block is sold

so their current available tickets are £67 or £90

What happened to long haired optimism?
