YTARMY Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 FIRST ALL OF ALL I APOLOGISE FOR THE LONG,MAYBE BORING POST ITS NOT WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN, (BUT WHERE YOU WANT TO GO AGAIN) ANOTHER MUST WIN GAME GONE FLYING BY US AGAIN (SPORTING WERE THERE FOR THE TAKING.....BUT THATS GONE FOREVER) WIGAN TODAY.... WE SHOULD NOT JUST BE PLAYING AGAINST THEM AND LET THEM FEEL PRIVILEDGED TO BE COMPETING WITH US ON THE SAME LEVEL PLAYING FIELD.BUT HANDING OUT A FOOTBALLING LESSON TO THEM (WE ARE BY FAR THE GREATEST TEAM THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN , AFTER ALL) BECAUSE IN MINE .MY LADS AND EVERY BOLTON FANS EYES,WE ARE. TODAY WAS A GAME,I AND EVERY BOLTON FAN ,INCLUDING THE CLUB,AND ITS ASSOCIATES, SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THE RESULT WAS THE RIGHT ONE FOR BOLTON WANDERERS FOOTBALL CLUB YOU DO NOT GET RELEGATED BY ONE RESULT, BUT THE RESULTS FROM THE WHOLE SEASON PAST RESULTS THE LAST 4/5/6/GAMES SUGGEST WE ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. WE MUST IMPROVE AND LOOK FORWARD AS ITS FUTURE GAMES/RESULTS WHICH WILL HAVE A BEARING ON OUR PREMIER LEAGUE STATUS GOOD OR BAD I DONT THINK MEGSON IS THE MAN,OR HIS FOOTBALL TACTICS TO MAKE BOLTON WANDERERS A MORE SUCCESFUL TEAM....(THAN WE ALREADY WERE).ENOUGH SAID ABOUT MEGSON....... SHOTS ON TARGET OVER THE PAST GAMES IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP THE CLUB UP. THURSDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTED THIS STATISTIC .ALTHOUGH IT WASNT A LEAGUE GAME,BUT A WIN WOULD HAVE GIVEN US LOADS OF CONFIDENCE FOR THE GAMES COMING UP NEGATIVE FOOTBALL IS NOT THE WAY FORWARD, AS GOOD AS IT IS NOT TO LET THE OPPOSITION SCORE. THE ONLY WAY TO WIN A GAME OF FOOTBALL IS VERY EASY................... SCORE ONE MORE GOAL THAN THE OPPOSITION,,,THERE WE ARE ITS EASY! OTHER TEAMS MANAGE TO SCORE SO IT CANT BE THAT HARD CAN IT KEEP THE FAITH AND ONWARDS AND UPWARDS AS THEY SAY AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS ONE THING... ................WERE BY FAR THE GREATEST TEAM THE WORLD AS EVER SEEN..................
stevieb Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 Not normally a betting man but I'm having ?20 on a draw and ?10 on a win against Utd. They were next to cack against Derby, have bigger fish to fry in the coming weeks, and our lot will be getting a roasting for the next 3 days off Lord Megson. Just you see..... pass the crack pipe!
Worsley White #1 Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 Unless there is some kind of miracle, we will be playing the likes of Barnsley and Southampton next season ...
astley bridge Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 thanks a lot you tits you really do make us look fickle. was gutted when he came a few decent results covered the appointment up and now we are getting what we appointed SHIT douif off for j'ob at half time was criminal for me we should be shouting for his sacking now with the hope a new manger can revive us in the last 8 games how many shots have we had in the last 3 games?
Campos_Wig Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 BBC Megson interview now online http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/
twiggy47 Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 missed biggest chance in our lifetime forsake of premiership status WAKE UP blackpool here we come yahooooooooooo
Rembrandt Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 ?and our lot will be getting a roasting for the next 3 days off Lord Megson.? Smiffs. Good laugh there, Smiffs. A ?roasting? something like his famous half-time team talks maybe ? ?Weve got Megson until the end of the season and sacking him now is not the answer.? CBWFCD. If sacking Megson now isn?t the answer, what the feck is the question ? Anyway, he shouldn?t need sacking; he should resign tonight. ?there's the whiff of relegation about the place.? Whites man. And that?s mostly because of the stench of negativity around the Reebok since Christmas. And I don?t mean the fans. Now ? who likes a good conspiracy theory ? You know, the more I think about it, the more I think Megson may be doing a terrific job. Not the job we expected, I grant you. But maybe the job that Gartside wanted him to do. There?s something in Sherlock Holmes about being faced by a baffling situation; if it doesn?t make logical sense, look at what would fit the facts ? however illogical it seems. Megson adopts negative tactics ? Picks a negative team ? Picks a negative bench ? Seems intent on relegating us ? Well ...... there may be some good reason for that. Not that I have any idea what that might be. Just a thought on this dark dark day ...
Guest pansyroadwhite Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 sorry i think the real reason is megson is a cluless yes man so grateful to the fat little dwarf who is our chairman for giving him the job he will do anything he is asked........pussy
trotter58 Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 BBC Megson interview now online http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/ Interesting interview. He says that he has his theories about why certain players weren't up for it. I wonder if certain players are sulking about not being included on Thursday? If Megson has lost the dressing room, we're well and truly f**ked.
Guest pansyroadwhite Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 not being included!!!! the overpaid tossers get a fortune for playing so they should fooking get on with sad bastards
Carlos Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 not being included!!!! the overpaid tossers get a fortune for playing so they should fooking get on with sad bastards You've made this point already, and it didn't make much sense them either.
Bridgey Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 couldnt of agreed more, were spotted parker singing theres only one ginger tosser, could only join in, fcuking useless today !! the dioufy decision made my mind 100% clear.
Rembrandt Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 (edited) Interesting interview. He says that he has his theories about why certain players weren't up for it. I wonder if certain players are sulking about not being included on Thursday? If Megson has lost the dressing room, we're well and truly f**ked. That had crossed my mind. How often do they get the chance to play in Europe ? And if it's true, it shows he has no man-management skills - along with no tactical skills & the rest. Edited March 16, 2008 by Rembrandt
Ani Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 (edited) thanks a lot you tits you really do make us look fickle.was gutted when he came a few decent results covered the appointment up and now we are getting what we appointed SHIT douif off for j'ob at half time was criminal for me we should be shouting for his sacking now with the hope a new manger can revive us in the last 8 games how many shots have we had in the last 3 games? i never sang ginger mourhinio. he was and continues to be a bad appointment. booing and the team and calling fellow fans tits is i am sure the way out of the position we are now. i bet you would be great in the trenches, blaming the others.. Guest pansyroadwhite Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 what?? it means they are paid a fortune to play football and do not have the right to decide which games they play in, as a supporter i spend a fortune following them and i dont enjoy being told they were upset at being left out and thats why the performance was below par. please try not to be so condescending in any further replies, i am a little upset/angry today and this may be why my comments are a little less lucid than they should be.
globaldiver Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 That had crossed my mind. How often do they get the chance to play in Europe ?And if it's true, it shows he has no man-management skills - along with no tactical skills & the rest. He is Mr Dogma, IMO. We used to be called a long ball team, but we knew that there were more options. Now, it seems, we have one option. He is right, even when he clearly is wrong.
Underpants Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 nah, as long as there is at least one team within 3 points of us, we still have a chance. today is not the be all and end all, although a win would be massive. on a confidence level if nothing else. I like your thinking HJ but today was just woefull. Shit or bust is now knocking on the door with a bloody big hammer.
Guest westmidswhite Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 Well we have all finally got back to reality - back to where we were when he was appointed The guy is a ginger idiot and Garside is even worse for appointing him and Sammy Lee Lets make it clear what we think on Saturday
