I will not be bullied into opening a account with them so does anyone have any suggestions of a town centre bank where they are happy with the customer service and never had problems. Sensible answers only please

Must admit never had any problems in the last 18 months with them All payments are made via the post office. I don't think the main high street ones charge for paying bills, but I have had issues with the sub offices trying to pay my leccy bill a few years back
