The problem we have now is that other teams will see beating us a massive scalp, meaning they'll probably put more effort into it, last season we lost 4-0[down to 10 men] the season before that we won 4-1 and lost 2-1 in the cup, this season I reckon we will win.

 

We have nothing to fear, sure they have Bent and other good players like Gyan and have home advantage but we have Elmander, Holden etc and I'm going for a 2-1 win for the whites, Cahill and Elmander.

Don't really mind Sunderland & it's probably the only place where I prefer the new ground to the old one, but they've got a nasty habit of employing munichs.

Their present manager is a munich gobshite who rates himself higher than anyone else does,& if only for that reason I hope we paste them.

Been snowing on and off since first thing here in North East. None of it's sticking so far.

Just been talking to a Mackem mate, he says it is cold up there but no snow as yet, he reckons hey are going to get it tomorrow but he says he thinks the game will probably go ahead, he also reckons Bruce is shit and they are awaiting a tonking off somebody, hopefully us.
