besiktas was wild

For atmosphere created by us Bayern Munich =D> =D>

In my lifetime, Besikas away was the loudest by a country mile, Liverpool FA Cup replay was our best.

Everton away in LC semi 1st leg, the Park End was very noisy all night and got louder when Whatmore scored.

aye, that as well

+ white hots

millwall away 1984 42 fans, was buzzin.

Agreed (from what I remember of it) :drinks:

Unexpected shout though for....Aston Villa. LC semi I was in the directors box seats and so a bit closer than the rest might have been - but from where I was the Holte End were on song that neet, fair fucks to 'em

City the year we won the league

Arsenal in the FA Cup, remember coming out of the away end under the stand & the wall of noise singing Bruce riochs super white army still get a tingle down my spine when I think of it.

All of the above.

Madrid until the police choir turned up wanting to sing their own songs!

I think recently, best atmosphere was probably the league cup tie at Burnley. Noise as the teams came out was deafening..

Nothing and i mean nothing could beat Blackburn away in 78 (?) i was one of 20,000 odd wanderers fans in ewood at the greatest game i've ever witnessed, not a footballing spectacle but for atmosphere it was without parallel

=D> Marseille was pretty good with both ends singing against each other.

West Brom in the Playoff was a good un "two nil up and you fucked it up do da do da..."

Huddersfield in the cup about 71

Arsenal in the cup.

Munich (the German one)

Edit, forgot Wrexham!

I thought they were amazing behind those goals :good:

As for BWFC support there's been a few:

Old Trafford in the cup in 91?

Derby in the cup early-mid 90's

Liverpool, Arsenal & Everton on the white hot runs

Hull on that Friday night

Stoke midweek in the promotion season when Blake got sent off and McGinlay played the second half like his life depended on it.

Wrexham.

For noise the Besiktas fans were summat I'll never witness again. We played them at the perfect time as they were a little bit nobbed off with their directors over what I can't recall.

Ha - that was genius. Was that the one when we won 2-1 after Blake being sent off? Went to that with my Dad when I was in my early teens. First time I ever heard anbosdy sing '10 men, we only need 10 men'. We were very loud that night - gathered behind the goal as I recall.

Bradford in t'cup in 96 when Curcic scored 2, we were loud that day.

Burnley 92/93.That was a great away end at Turf Moor, this night narrowly beats the cup tie in the 4th Division and the first time I went on it the league game in 82/83.

Tough this as you tend to link it to a game where we did well.

Besiktas was certainly an eye opener, that terrace to our right was like nothing we had ever seen

before.

Arsenal away in the cup when we had the whole of the clock end was certianly special as was taking

10,000 to Liverpool away and United away in the cup.

Me too, and invading the pitch at the end added to it.
