If McClaren did sign him, then that might explain why he hasn't had much game time if the new manager doesn't fancy him very much

He's a really good player. However I always had the impression he was a midfielder or a winger. If its a replacement for Chungy, fine ... but we still need two strikers on top of this deal.

 

I also suspect this is a case of SWP or Tuncay - not both.

Still think this is aswell as SWP not instead of. Tuncay can play as a winger but think he will be bought as a second striker operating in the hole behind a main striker.

I reckon Coyle will want SWP as well as Tuncay but i dont think we can afford him so it will be Tuncay on right imo. It all depends on which of Coyles targets he can afford because he wants 3 minimum before window shuts.

We shall see. He has played on the wing a fair few times during his career.

 

Also if we operate with an in-the-hole forward i will show my arse on the town hall steps.
