Yes, they've worked wonders.

I bet none of them are walking/cycling/rowing home

This is generally why I always select a company car rather than the allowance.

I've done 29 years with company cars and for the first time this year had the option of an allowance. Finance said go for it but couldn't make the move in my head. Drove thru the floods in Cumbria last weekend and was up inNewcastle today and drove across the A66 to Penrith in shit snow and fog. I'd have been cacking myself in my own car. Not reckless in any way but as mentioned above every now and again, with the extreme weather we occasionally get, I know that I'm only a phone call away from rescue

Anyone going to be in the Rufford area in the next few days take note- flood warnings for the lower Douglas region.

We have a fancy alarm clock that beams the time and outside temperature onto the bedroom ceiling. Twas 14.2C this morning up here on the moors. Be nice to see some sunshine to go with it though. Can't remember the last time it was out, dark and grey as fuck out there.

Reckon plenty of folk got piss wet through at the game. We ended up having leigh white taking refuge at the side of us on row Z as he doesn't seem to own any sort of jacket.

Be careful if you are out and about.
