February 23, 20179 yr Im not going anywhere near the openable windows haha! Would like to think the building is going to hold out, but its doing a lot of creaking. Looked out onto Spinningfields earlier, scenes of struggling humans everywhere! Can you hear Beetham Tower singing away?

February 23, 20179 yr As always, but how was the weather? walked past a back street terrace and the outside front door was gone and a lock added to what i can only presume was the door into the front room couple of doors away had folk living in it and most windows boarded up

February 23, 20179 yr No trains from Victoria so it's bus wanker for me. Get to see the delights of Salford shopping city!
February 23, 20179 yr Tiles coming off the roof on the office block next to ours. So far only 1 car window smashed but everyone rushing out to move their cars.
February 23, 20179 yr Tiles coming off the roof on the office block next to ours. So far only 1 car window smashed but everyone rushing out to move their cars. Bit risky; obviously you'd want to protect your car, but potentially getting one on the head... A woman dead in Wolverhampton after being hit by debris.
February 23, 20179 yr Author I bet you haven't left the house Gonzo You don't have to give us all that flannel pal, we are not on your round I did yours today. You owe me £8.
February 23, 20179 yr Is it true the wind snatched a fried egg butty out of your hand when you were half way up a ladder?

February 23, 20179 yr Paper and cardboard bin collection day today. I'd emptied the shredder into it. Binman opened the bin lid and it flew everywhere like confetti. It's plastered all over the pavements, cars and neighbours windows. Oops!!!
February 23, 20179 yr Drove up St Helens Road earlier opposite the baby Asda, and the side of an end terraced blown down, House bricks all over the cars below.
February 23, 20179 yr Happened to be at a mate's this afternoon when a couple of tiles came thudding down onto his flat roof extension...He was concerned (read, flapping) about an (unlikely) domino effect and the roof caving in, so, because I'm a kind soul and he's a larger soul I volunteered to get up in the attic and do some bodgey temporary securing work from within, using the old expanding foam...Hands now welded with soot and shit because of the foam and filth - I'll have to have a hand 'shave' with some swarfega and a stanley blade. Leave it welded. It Will stop you picking up a beer
February 23, 20179 yr Couldn't use my phone though And it was just as likely I'd end up with a bottle of Strongbow welded to each hand - 'Edward Ciderhands' stylee...
February 23, 20179 yr Drove up St Helens Road earlier opposite the baby Asda, and the side of an end terraced blown down, House bricks all over the cars below. Directly facing the old Stag's Head pal, used to be Bromilow's Bookies many moons ago. Joe Joint (RIP) used to have the flat above. I wonder if the Muslim owners will be knocked back on their insurance claim due to it being an Act of Allah ? Whichever brickies worked on it in the good old grant days obviously didn't use brick ties.
