Fairly certain no one is arsed, but we're still buzzing so I'm telling you all anyway.  We got incredibly lucky, thankfully! Weather was spot on and it properly set the tone for a perfect day, co

Don’t worry about it mate, they still wear Kappa and blizzard coats up there.

If it’s the same storm that has just blown the here, it was freezing even by alpine standards.

No idea what the geese are up to today.

Shit loads heading east this morning but really high up suggesting it’s not simply heading to feeding land.

Then another lot flying low southbound which does.

Too early for the first lot to be fucking off to the lochs yet.

i was stood at the side of a football pitch yesterday, under trees and was bitten by midgies the same as if it was dusk in June.

weird and shouldn't really be getting bitten this time of year!

It's a Brexit thing, they're all fucking off home  to E & SE Europe

Saw a large number (150-200) of geese heading westish a few days ago. Plenty of honking.

There was some on my shoes this morning. I quickly got rid of it.

Apparently, the legions of staff down at the airport have a less practical attitude and have shut the runway.

Brexit will be a doddle by comparison to  a bit of snow.

A single snowflake disrupts schooling in Bolton.

Probably, though it's possible teachers may be struggling to get in.

Kept it open last year, and there were too few teachers so classes were disrupted, and he did nowt much anyway.

hope it's washed away by weekend ffs

Mostly gone now.

Seems we're missing the worst of it tomorrow, and it warms up slowly, particularly early next week.

Seriously struggled to get out of east Manc this morning at 7am via Oldham to M62. Struggled up over Rishworth Moor. Different world on the wrong side of the Pennines. Lovely sunny day spent in Middlesbrough (aye lovely and Middlesbrough in the same sentence). In Newcastle tonight and tomorrow. Fuck me it really does get colder up here

Searing fucking hot here. Bastard summer :(

Can't wait for the glorious autumn. 7-8 weeks to go.

Aye mini blast this morning and solid rain till 2ish.

Then it comes in properly after 11am tomorrow. 60mph average and 70+gusts.

Just as I’m landing on a big fuck off new housing scheme near Bloomfield road about 300 yards from the epicentre of the Irish Sea :D
