Don't know where they moved all the scutters from into Tonge Moor but it has certainly changed a lot since '88. People kept nice gardens and stuff. They now seem to be storage areas for shagged out furniture. Quote

Other than Tintern Avenue, I think only Firwood Lane and Firwood Grove actually joined the two directly (Tintern where I was dragged up). Might have changed? Just a bunch of other random street names in the area I remeber (not joining Crommy Way and TMR), Le Gendre St., Furness Ave., Exeter Ave., St Bees Road (used to be rozzers housing), Pegamoid St.  I can remember 3 blokes in Tintern vying for the 'Boltons Best Garden' title every year. Deadly serious with accusations of sabotage and allsorts. They'd be almost at each others throats and it was us little scrotes having night time privet hopping races and the like :-) Quote
