Look at the game of football eventually most managers fail and are sent on their way.

 

Other than Ferguson, Wenger and Moyes there's not many top flight managers in long term appointments.

I can't speak for anyone else, but personally, I'd like to believe Gartside brings in whoever he feels is best for the club, not just to line his own pockets with shady deals.

And frankly I do give a shit if it disaffects the process in getting the Manager for my club. As it appeared to have done previously if reports are correct regarding Souness / Curtis - irrespective of if he was the right choice or not
